Had an amazing 5 night experience. The location is fantastic and all of the amenities are great. The primary reason this place is awesome though, is because of the amazing staff and volunteers. They do an excellent job of encouraging people to socialize and leading groups out for different day excursions, as well as night time activities. The volunteers are incredibly friendly and sociable, making it remarkably easy to meet new people and explore the city with new friends. Special thanks to Jean, Alice, and Emili for making our stay memorable. You guys are the best :)

I had the greatest time there meeting folks and also the beds were very comfortable. I liked the curtains in the rooms for privacy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Joao and Jack! Thank you guys, would definitely recommend this stay!

Had such a great time! All the staff are so welcoming and the group activities made the experience! Hostel was super clean and the rooms were a great size. Shout out to Niomi and Kier for making my time in Budapest unreal!

Location was perfect! Fun activities.. but the best of all: the volunteers! They are so welcoming, you will never feel alone. Special thanks to Marina (I just love her), Rob (for taking us to the walking tours), Saoirse (for taking us to the best parties) and Mirko.

Haven’t stayed in a hostel for years and this place reminded me just how fun and sociable it can be. The staff put on plenty of drinks nights etc, which makes it so easy to socialise and meet people. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy - what more do you need? Perfect location too. Was a bit annoyed they tried to charge me €10 for a replacement key card which really is just a con. But they let me off in the end so can’t complain

Hostel One never disappoints. I booked this extremely last minute so had no idea what to expect. The hostel has great vibes and always had evening activities going on like bar crawls which is great to meet other backpackers. The room was a bit basic but was somewhere to sleep which was the main thing. The staff were really friendly and came out with us on our nights out

Great hostel and plenty activities. Drinking games every night followed my some more partying . During the day there are activities to show you around Budapest. Location is pretty good as well. Caroline, Alberta and Cecile are great volunteers!

Way over my expectations! This chain never disappoints! They have activities planned for the guests during the day and also during the night (one of Budapest's attractions), and since the moment you step in you feel right at home. Really easy to meet other people with the events and the space itself - not that big, cosy, and with a good bar area. But what makes it great are the people working there - staff members and volunteers (a special thanks to Martini and Shlomo :) -, who always ensure you are having the best time.

I had the best time in Budapest due to how friendly the staff were here (especially Jack, Shlomo, Martini, Farrah and Charlotte). Great location and a highly sociable hostel. A safe hostel for a female solo traveler.

Would recommend staying at this hostel. Extremely sociable with staff (Charlotte and Farrah) running drinking games and nights out every evening. Such a great location and everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially Jack and Shlomo :)

I spent the last few months travelling Europe and initially only intended to spend a few days in Budapest in October 2021 because I had been before and saw most of the tourist attractions. I ended up meeting some amazing people at this Hostel and I loved how welcoming the staff were and the overall social aspect of the hostel. There is a communal area with couches to just chill and watch tv, a bar within the hostel that is very affordable and they hold activities/games every night and will bring the guests out to a local bar or nightclub. This very quickly became my favourite place from my travels and I have returned 3 times since my first stay in October and I will be sure to return again very soon! ＜3 Special shoutout to Mauro, Marina and Rob for always being so helpful and friendly!
