This hotel and facilities were excellent. Staff were friendly , helpful nd knowledgeable. Location was perfect, attached to the massive Westend shopping centre and right next to the train station , metro and trams. The rooms were a good size, with a four piece bathroom including a separate shower and bath, which was lovely for a soak after a long day walking. Bed was big and comfortable and there was also a table and chair set. Free bottled water and tea/coffee making facilities were there and regularly restocked. Housekeeping were fabulous and kept the rooms immaculate. They also left chocolates on our pillows on Easter Sunday, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was five star, with an excellent buffet selection with everything you could think of, as well as a la carte options from the chef, which included eggs Benedict. Honestly cannot fault this hotel in any way and will be booking Crowne Plaza in our future city breaks elsewhere.
