great location, nice apartments and design breakfast could have more alternatives

Location is nice that next to the tourist spot and the free spa is great.

Very good apartments in the center of Bucharest. Impeccable cleaning. Be careful with the reservation procedure, since you must send a copy of the passport of all guests in order to receive the apartment number with its access code.

Absolutely awful Hotel do not book if you are going with families they expect your infant child to share a bed with you and when you speak to them, they advise you “this is Romania” Where do I start professional? * there is no Wellness centre or Massages are complete * only three channels all in French * did not provide a copy for the baby and told us this is Romania * broken cupboards * toilet smell like poo * showers leek This Cristina Cerbu, Events and Operations Director is an absolutely disgraceful member of staff and deserves to be fired immediate effect and recruited with a new operational management that will make an absolute difference failure to do so will result in this hotel falling way below national standards. She also advised us “if we can’t sleep in a bed with our child then we shouldn’t have a child”

LOCATION FANTASTIC, GREAT SERVICE, VERY SECURE, VERY SAFE (I WAS A SOLO TRAVELLER), SPA EXCELLENT, POOL AREA VERY CLEAN, TOWELS AVAILABLE, ROOMS ALL HAD FRIDGES AND OPENABLE WINDOWS/AIR CON. DIDNT HAVE FOOD IN THE HOTEL, BUT SURROUNDED BY RESTAURANTS AND GOOD TRANSPORT LINKS.

I was really surprised to find some bad reviews on these apartments as we couldn’t fault them. Firstly, the location is brilliant; it’s a really short walk into Old Town where you’ll find loads of bars and restaurants. The apartment was such good value. Tip - we saved a lot by booking directly with them rather than going through an agent. We had a 1 Bedroom Apartment Junior Kitchenette. It was spacious and clean. The staff at reception were very helpful and the pool was nice too. We did late check out on our last day which was a really reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend here.

Well Located in the center of the city, the room has all of the facilities, the spa is challenging when you have a busy day, but: 1. Check out is very early (10.00) in the morning 2. If you stay more than one night, cleaning services and new/clean towels are offered under extra payment! 3. Breakfast is below expectations. Very poor variety (no juice offered for example), and many more basic things were missing). Supposed to have an extra choice of a specific menu (between 4-5 varieties) but when you ask for example avocanto, there is a lack of this product (...), etc, etc. At least there are many other options around the venue, so better book room only option. 4. Check in process is rather conflicted, in case that you are not computer friendly. You have to send in advance your passport or ID, but when there is a roaming option, this might cause some issues.. Only Raluca is very professional indwelling to assist. 5. Spa is below standards. Even if there is reception, nobody is there to control who is entering.. You can pass across the venue and you can enter inside and go down to the spa easily, without any control! Poor cleaning standards (for example 08:12 in the morning and there were no clean towels at all, dirty locker rooms, used towels were left around the spa from the previous day (....) even supposed that it starts from 07:00 in the morning.

The room was great. However, We were checking out at 10am as it stated, and the cleaner rudely opened our door and told us to hurry up. To hurry up i left a black dress hanging in the wardrobe and did the checkout and let. I specifically knew it was left hanging in the wardrobe. Tried calling the hotel an hour later as soon as i realized and they said they didn’t find it. Also went to the hotel in person, and they said that it was not found. Thus i am certain the cleaner took it. Really disappointed as this really ruined our experience. And the staff were not helpful at all.

We booked visionapartments for a last minute trip. The price was very good and we weren't sure what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. The room was exceptionally clean when we arrived, bathroom was lovely with a big walk in shower. The bedroom itself was quite small but we only slept there so it didn't bother us! The communal areas were lovely and modern and the breakfast, which we had included, was good value for what it was. I wouldn't eat breakfast there if it hadn't have been included in our booking though! The pool also looked amazing, but unfortunately we didn't get time to use it throughout our stay. Location was fabulous. Less than 10 min walk to the old town and similarly to the art gallery, which was a great visit. Would thoroughly recommend for anyone looking for a central base in Bucharest!

The hotel is in a very good location, it is comfortable and clean. The hotel is very pleasant and comfortable. The blonde lady at the hotel reception was very helpful when welcoming us. She helped us check in even though she was done with her work. There is no employee at the reception in the evening, which makes it very difficult to enter the hotel, but the reason why I gave it 2 points is that the hotel has a door. We were told that you can leave it when you find an empty place in front of it, and we did so, but when we were leaving the hotel, one of the hotel staff, like a night watchman, rudely told me that this place was paid and that I had to pay, when I was leaving the hotel in the morning, I said no. Even though I told the reception that it was free, he said no, you have to pay in a rude way. I did not accept it, I did not pay, it was free from the beginning. I was told that I know I was lying and that his style was trying to scare tourists into buying something. He said that you cannot stay here when you come again. I have a reservation again in 10 days. I will write to see how they behave with my guests from England. The rest of the reception staff and staff are very polite and helpful.

Very pleasant and comfortable Bucharest and the location of the hotel is very good, close to many places you need to go, only the water is cold and you cannot visit it at the moment, but I recommend Bucharest and the hotel, have a good holiday soon. There are many nice cafes, I recommend Ceeskek, it is incredibly delicious.

Structure with excellent super central location. Very nice room on the fourth floor, clean, tidy and quiet. The swimming pool, sauna and gym facilities were much appreciated. Convenient and functional self check-in, Concierge available. I advise the facility to write more detailed information on booking, for example to which email you need to send your personal documents to get the access codes to the facility, because it is not specified in the booking details and we had to contact the call center from Italy which fortunately but he was quick and helpful in helping us.

Déplorable à tout niveau ! C'était ma deuxième réservation chez Vision Appartement et, une fois de plus, la déception est totale. Que ce soit à Lausanne comme à Bucarest, l'état des lieux était tout simplement inadmissible. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai trouvé un insecte mort collé au mur, certainement de l’art abstrait moderne..La poussière qui s'accumulait dans les coins, formait de véritables petits tas, preuve que le ménage est, dans cet hôtel secondaire. Maniaques et personnes souffrant d’allergies s’abstenir ! Sous l'oreiller, j'ai eu la surprise de découvrir un emballage de confiserie laissé par les précédents clients ce qui en dit long sur le passage des femmes de ménages et de leur implication qui est quasi nul. Les draps étaient sales avec des taches douteuses, et malgré avoir respecté les conditions d'attente de 4 jours pour le ménage de la chambre, aucune équipe n'est venue s'occuper de la nôtre. En plus de cela, alors que nous étions censés recevoir du linge propre, on nous les a tout simplement refusé, sans aucune explication. Il nous a fallu quémander des serviettes à une femme de ménage qui passait dans le couloir.. Le service client est inexistant. Aucune réponse concrètes aux sollicitations, aucune assistance en cas de problème. En plus de tout cela, la chambre est très mal agencée : les toilettes sont littéralement collées à la douche, rendant l'espace inconfortable et peu pratique. Quant à la salle de bain, elle est envahie de moisissures, un véritable nid à bactéries avec une odeur nauséabonde. Je déconseille vivement cet établissement à quiconque souhaite un séjour propre et agréable.
