visited restaurant: terraza trinitarios ... Food was fine but i got ill because of, I found out, I am lactose intolerant ... The views and the environment is fine for a solo trip or a family meeting. I witnessed end of year parties of corporate employees.

Fabulous. Decided to stay longer and to leave a review to thank 'em. Incredible staff: had timely solutions to every request, can-do attitude and very appropriate manners. Rooms are spacious, comfy, daily cleaned and cooled. Amenities are spot on: smart TV, reliable WIFI, pool, decent daily breakfast buffet and 24/7 parking. And, they were eager to learn how to improve the experience. Gracias nuevamente! Peace !

We found the option in **********, for 209,000, we came from Bogotá by car so we looked for a comfortable place to sleep. The reception is nice, but when they gave us the room it looked like it had been remodeled but they left an old ceiling lamp, the bathroom hairdryer is old and when it is turned on it smells burnt. The bed is terribly hard. It's like sleeping on the floor and not to mention the pillows.

El hotel tiene ya sus años, sin embargo, destaco que el personal tiene excelente disposición. En un principio, me asignaron una habitación que no me gustó, al solicitar el cambio, me ayudaron sin titubear, pues es común en los hoteles te hagan sentir que estás pidiendo demasiado. Todo en el hotel está en excelentes condiciones de aseo a pesar de que como menciono, no es un hotel nuevo. Me gustó el desayuno y en general el restaurante, se nota que conocen muy bien el negocio. FELICITACIONES!

Siendo clientes de este hotel de hace muchos años, Reservamos un plan para celebrar nuestro aniversario, nos exigieron el pago total ($400.000) dos días antes del ingreso. Aunque insistimos en que éramos clientes y siempre cancelábamos al hacer el check out, nos dijeron que las condiciones habían cambiado post pandemia. la cena en el restaurante emblema del hotel fue totalmente diferente a la contemplada en el plan, debimos pagar un valor adicional para poder disfrutar de la cena por la que realmente ya habíamos cancelado. el desayuno fue lo peor… nada que ver con las opciones de bufet de hace unos años, sin pancakes, ni mermelada, chocolate frío, panes integrales horribles, no tenían queso. No habían arepas. Una decepción total. Expusimos nuestras inconformidades y ni siquiera un correo pidiendo disculpas ni nada por el estilo. Deja mucho que desear la labor del departamento de servicio al cliente.
