Very nice hotel for our short stay in the Gold Coast. Beautiful views to the beach especially for the morning sunrise. The facilities were good and the staff friendly and accomodating with any of our needs.

It’s always a fantastic place to come. The staff are friendly, the residents are friendly and the views and rooms are very nice and homely. The indoor pool is also a bonus. I’ve been here before and I’m never disappointed to come back. It’s definitely my go to place to stay.

Very pleased to report a great experience with this stay at the Mantra Sierra. Location was good, room (2BR Suite) was superb on every level. Staff were responsive to resolve a few minor requests. Location of this facility provided good walking access to the Exhibition Centre, Restaurants, Beach & Pacific Fair.

Staff at all times were extremely welcoming and helpful. The amenities were clean and the spa and pool water of a good temperature. Our only real complaint would be the musty smell on level 7 and inside our room 708. Not sure if it could be a quick fix or a total replacement of the carpet and or lounge suite. We love this hotel but after this visit thought that next time we would only stay if room upgrades have been done.

Sierra Grande Broadbeach is in a great position - close to the beach and across the road from Pacific Fair. It has an amazing outdoor pool and indoor pool. Do not stay in apartment 2304. This apartment is not associated with the Mantra group but is privately owned and managed. The carpet was filthy (the owner has now agreed to replace it after being asked for 18 months by the agent) the saucepans do not work on the stove as they are the wrong type, the couch is old and shabby and the one TV is cheap and dated. When we stayed there the windows and kitchen floor were both dirty. After paying nearly $4,000 we received a refund of $250 and 12 noon checkout.

I booked via all accors, and i don't know how the search was 1 July- 4 July but my booking was 1 - 4 april.. and I just realized at 5 th april that i got send an email about my stay and quickly emailed them with all my proof of travelling where i got my ticket and othe hotels.. THEY JUST DONT CARE AT ALL and just ping ponged u to everywhere... i guess they just want my money without thinking of customer service and I'm so disappointed.. THEY TOOK MY 1400 AUD for nothing and without any consideration... NOT A GOOD SERVICE AT ALL.. and they ruined my mood for holiday..

Property was fantastic. Short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, night life. There might be some noise on Saturday nights but it's to be expected with a great area like Broadbeach I couldn't really hear it in the top floor I was at. Would highly recommend this property!

everything was perfect checkin and out so eazy the room was clean and as described the bed was comfortable the indoor pool and gym were fantastic and a great coffee shop is located at the tram station only a few hundred meters away i will certainly be returning to this hotel again

I recently booked a short 2-night stay at the Mantra Sierra Grand in hopes of enjoying a relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, my experience was not relaxing as I had hoped. The amenities I was looking forward to using during rainy weather, specifically the indoor sauna and spa, were not functioning properly and out of action. Additionally, my sleep was disrupted by government construction maintenance taking place during the early hours of the morning, from midnight to 4am. I was unaware of this issue, there was no communication from reception upon check in. I did not receieve acommunication from *******. While I understand that this situation was beyond the hotel's control, I provided feedback on check out of my second night to the reception staff suggesting that guests be placed in rooms away from the construction noise on the opposite side of the hotel for a more restful experience. I believe that more proactive communication or notification prior to the booking stay would have been beneficial in addressing this issue and providing a better solution for guest comfort. I was disappointed that the action of no verbal communication of construction and no changing of room location. Therefore resulting a horrible experiance. I am awaiting for the hotel manager to respond to my feedback.

These are moderately priced nice apartments directly opposite Pacific Fair at Broadbeach, and they provide a car parking space for each apartment. There are no restaurants on site, but there are several in the general vicinity including two that are immediately alongside. The only problem we experienced was with wi-fi access codes limiting the number of devices, and as we found out also limiting the downloads with a usage cap. The wi-fi issues wouldn’t have been a problem, except that the mobile reception was very unreliable where we were staying on the 23rd floor. All in all though we were happy with our stay, and appreciative of the assistance the staff were able to offer.

Prepaid booking but on arrival was told to hand my credit card over to be held until we left. I don't have a credit card only a Debit card. Receptionist didn't want that, not that I'd leave it with him anyway. He told us we couldn't stay there without a credit card so had to leave. He was screaming at us and calling us names.

Great location, excellent facilities and the units were a good size. Close to family friendly eating locations and shopping across the road was really easy to access. Impressive gym, two pools and outdoor areas

When we checked into the room we were presented with the following. Bin left on the kitchen bench. Wet tea towel in the sink. Toaster and kettle left on the bench. 2 towels for 4 people. No toilet paper on the holders. Partially unmade bed. A dirty pair of female underwear left in the washing machine from the previous guests. A washing machine that did not work. A dishwasher that did not work until it was given some gentle persuasion (whack with fist). Leaking kitchen sink tap, had to have the tea towel wrapped around the base to prevent water going everywhere. Shower had dried up soap scum all over the screen and where the tiles meet the shower. Poor WiFi in the room, kids had to sit at the front door to get a decent signal. Very thin blinds in the bedrooms - it was daylight at 4.45am. Take an eye mask for future reference. Poor seals around the windows, the traffic noise was terrible and we were on level 12. A strong smell of decomposing food/waste coming from the communal rubbish dump chute. After paying $1000 plus for 3 night for 4 people i would have expected a bit more. The staff did offer an apology and provided us with some token cookies and a bottle of sparkling water... if that means anything. The hotel is starting to look old and is in desperate need of an upgrade. Two good things were the pool area and it is directly opposite Pacific Fair for your shopping. Do yourself a favor and look at newer hotels in the area.
