My husband and I were on our romantic getaway to Cameron Highland Resort. We had a fantastic experience with luxurious amenities, impeccable services and excellent room views. My kids also enjoyed the vacation. ♥️

I LOVE SO MUCH FOR MY VACATION 3 DAYS 2 NIGHT AT CAMERON HIGHLAND RESORT. SERVICE RECOMMEND. BREAKFAST SO DELICIOUS. SO COOL . NO AIRCOND NO PROBLEM 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

All is good except: location next to main road, very noisy, can't rest well in the room. Furniture in room already very old, it's time to do some renovations.

Im regret with front office staff i think from india..i get 1 room we can say the big room but i want to share with my family they not allowed.why must take one more room this hotel is not a cheap hotel i hope this thing will not happen again ..and yes this is once and last time im stay at cameron highlands resort.but another service are good hospitality is awesome and staff i think from Nepal is very friendly..i will not suggest to

Beautiful hotel and large room. All staff are friendly. Breakfast is nice but limited menu. There are few things that I would like to mention which could be improved
We were not given welcome drinks and towel while we are waiting for the rooms to be ready. When our rooms are ready we saw others getting their welcome drinks and towels.
First day breakfast, ordered an American classic and a highland omelette. We choose highland omelette because it does not have beef. My wife cannot eat beef due to religion. We were served 2 sets of American classic both have beef.
2nd day breakfast, I ordered Highland omelette again. This time I told the server No BEEF, he said highland omelette has no beef. Then came another American classic with beef. If they do not serve Highland omelette then it should be taken off from the menu so will not cause misunderstanding. It’s rather annoying when we just wanted an omelette and no beef. Both days came with beef.
Other than the confusion at breakfast area. Everything else is perfect.

The food and services were excellent. Very friendly staff always willing to help. Willing to have a chat and discuss anything. The in house tour and information about the history of the area was a great experience

First time staying here, fast check in. I personally like the colonial style of the building, room is spacious, very enjoying the cold weather here in cameron highlands. Breakfast is ala cart style, it would be better if can have buffet style.
