It is a great experience at the hotel. The staffs are friendly and room is neat. Will stay at the hotel again.

We are paying money but look at the room condition… I’m not gonna say much but u can review yourself …..room full with ants and bad odours and the floor is oily and sticky … dusty room and the fan is keep on making strange noise thru out the night …. Very poor maintenance… however the only plus is free car park and the amenities is nearby other than that there’s no point to be added on the positive side

Everything is good except the iron. Hotel just provide 1 iron for whole hotel. Need to wait so long to iron my shirt and tudung. Usually a big hotel provide iron in room. But this hotel just provide one iron at 7th floor. Soo mehhhh

Best location to stay.. near to go Kea Farm and sheep farm... The environment was good.. third time stayed in this hotel 👍

I booked triple room to stay with friends. Convenient to walk from hotel to visit market only 300 m. near cameron floral park , Big strawberry ,4 km to Boh tea plantation , Our room include with breakfast and top up 7 rm to get buffet breakfast . Even no air con but night time 19 C and Day time 20 C , i visit on Sep

4 stars hotel?! I booked triple rooms and the pictures there look so decent and clean. But when i was there, there were a lot of dusts, dirts on the floor and under bed. They still have not made improvement after the bad reviews. Definitely not recommended especially for families with kids. Because kids surely play on the floor with so much dirts. I will never come back to this Copthorne hotel.

2 bedroom style apartment with adequate amenities and good location with a few attractions within walking distance. Free parking, games for kids at lobby zone, welcome drinks. Short driving distance to Boh Tea Palas estate, great point if you plan to visit the tea plantation but worry about the traffic jams as this place is just 20 minutes drive away. Strawberry farm, Kea Farm is right around the bend and walking distance, super convenient.

Good location !  Near Kea Farm. Jalan kaki sahaja 👍👍👍👍 kebersihan biasa shaja tp ok la harga pun ok ! Breakfast sedap !

Once more, I choose this type of room due to its comfort and size. Furthermore, the price range was quite reasonable. But there is a big need to improve the way the breakfast seatings is managed. The management of Copthorne has to take action to either expand the eating area or add more seats (especially during the busiest times of the year). For instance, it might be possible to temporarily open the dining area next to the gym or even take advantage of the large empty spaces surrounding the lobby. I don't mind standing in line, but having to wait for a long time is not something to take lightly. It is my fervent desire that Copthorne management takes action accordingly. Regards.

This was a quick getaway..room was fine..no doubt about the location..only walk distance to KEA farm..we arrived late at night but the night auditor had everything prepared in advance..so no time wasted and the checked in was fast and easy..definitely will come back again

Location near Kea Farm, hotel is very crowded especially on long weekends and school holidays.

Good Experience in this Hotel, always be my holiday stay with my family.. That day got the highest room with marvellous view.. Very enjoy the scenery.

the room is not in good condition... clealinees can be improve... the bed sheet is not clean.. the breakfast is fair... friendly staff..

The room was spacious, clean and well-managed. Our room at level 12th floor gave us a very nice view of mountain. Parking area were easy to access. Checked-in flow very fast too. The most we loved about this hotel was about all the staff. They were very friendly, helpful and kind. TQVM Copthorne Cameron Highlands. Till we meet again.
