The owner is kind, friendly, and considerate. My reservation was only for two people, but four of us arrived. 😁 He was surprised, but then he gave us a significant discount for the extra pax. We liked how clean our room and bathroom were. It takes only 4-5 minutes to get to the beach.

it was verry clean, not to far from beach area verry accesible to all amenities, shops, bars. another thisbis all of the staff and even the owner is verry generous, hospitable, friendly and kind. they are verry helpful. best and affordable Hotel in Boracay Island. we'll booked again next time.

The owner Peter is very hospitable and his staff is likewise attenrive and friendly. Would recommend to friends and families.
They have discounts to surrounding establishments and give reasonable price for water etc.

nice location and accommodating staff.
The room is super clean and towels and linen are changed every two days. The location is great. Breakfast is good and really worth the money. free entry to the epic club. We highly recommend a stay here and will definitely come back when we are in boracay..

Our family is satisfied staying in this hotel. The owner is very friendly and kind. He lent us toys for my son to play in the sand and When I had a problem charging my phone because it got wet, the owner also let me borrow his wireless power bank until the end of our stay. Recommended this hotel to my sister who will also go to boracay next year. The staff are also very kind and friendly.

We really liked the accommodation. The walk to the beach was very short, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and well equipped. The breakfast was very good! We would stay here again anytime!
