This hotel was meh and felt a little scammy. We ended up in Bolzano for 1 night coming from the Dolomites and didn’t have a room anywhere. I always prefer to book directly thought the hotel rather than a third party and on their site, it mentioned a double room with breakfast for €117. I emailed right away and within 20 minutes received a reply with a quote for €195. I asked about the cheaper rate and was told it was no longer available, so I booked at the higher rate. However, once we checked in the following night, I got curious and checked again for the same night and the €117 price said it was still available for that night. I felt like they used that to lure you in. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were friendly but our room was a little outdated and the floor felt like there were soft spots or holes in multiple places. I can deal with outdated but the holes covered by carpet were weird. The place was clean and a good size and also fairly quite so no complaints there. In addition, they had parking available for a few. When you book you have to select their garage, however, the do have a few uncovered spaces available that are a little cheaper but are first come first served and not reservable so ask about those. If you are coming by car, get directions on where to park before you get there. It is in a busy area right by the train station so we pulled into the garage next door and ended up having to pay and extra €2,50 AND had to move the car. The location is great for both the train station and the old town is walkable in about 5-10 minutes. The breakfast selection was quite large and had an assortment of coffee, pastries and fresh items.

The room is clean and comfortable, check-in and check-out are very convenient and fast, and you can check in independently if the staff is not there. The front desk closes after eleven o'clock in the evening. If you are hungry, you can only buy food from the vending machine. It is not in the very center of Bolzano, but it is only a little over a kilometer from the train station, and it takes a little more than ten minutes to walk there. It is very fast to take the train to Bolzano Bozen, so overall it is very convenient to go to Lago di Braies or suceda

Outstanding
DDANI booked a double room with a five-year-old child. The front desk was upgraded to a super-large triple room for free, and only charged 25 euros for an extra bed, including breakfast for the child. This is not the most expensive hotel I have visited, but it is the most ”aristocratic”. Just look at this breakfast table. Even the flowers are real flowers. The orange juice squeezing machine made the children watch curiously for a long time. There are many kinds of jams, all fresh and delicious. The child ate so much bread for the first time because the jam was so delicious. All the front desks and waiters are very professional and polite, very enthusiastic and keep smiling. The child said that we can live here if we don't leave.

GGuest UserWe had a change in our itinerary and decided to stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Bolzano for a long weekend. It's a beautiful Four Points. Rooms were comfortable. We are Titanium BonVoy but, due to the large number of families staying at the property, they were unable to upgrade us to a suite.Regardless, the room was spacious and comfortable. Upon arrival the rollaway bed was set up and a set of towels and a bathrobe were on the bed. Unfortunately the third set of towels wasn't replaced day 2 or 3. no big deal. My daughter and i took advantage of the spa and we both had great, relaxing experiences. The pool is very nice. A sign posted outside the pool states ”no one under 16yo allowed after 1830.” No one enforced the rule. Unfortunately one of the days there were 2 Unaccompanied children running, diving and jumping. Sunday morning was super peaceful with many people checking out so we enjoyed the peaceful time while we could! The hotel is in a more industrial/business area. We found a great Irish pub walking distance from the hotel on Friday but almost every other restaurant, spare the in house one, required driving or a taxi. The restaurants walking distance from the hotel are closed Saturday and Sunday and many are closed for dinner Friday. Breakfast was good. Overall a very pleasant stay. We've stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in the US. This one blows them away!
