La proprietaria è accogliente e cordiale. Per qualche giorno va piu che bene. Bisognerebbe migliorare alcune cose. Nella mia camera “business “ c e una doccia un po problematica per l uso.  Colazione portata la sera prima, la mangiavo per cena altrimenti la mattina non era fresca.

Sono stato in questa struttura in occasione del concerto di Mengoni a Bologna. Posto veramente bello, situato in una via tranquillissima, ho fatto check-in/out in completa autonomia, prendendo le chiavi e riconsegnandole. La sig .ra Eleonora mi ha guidato online dicendomi tutto quello che avevo bisogno di sapere.

One night in Bologna to see the Explosions in the sky at the Duse Theatre. I was looking for a nearby, affordable, comfortable place that guaranteed services and privacy. The indoor parking is not there, but 5 minutes walk (clock) there is a quite comfortable pay-per-pay parking. We arrived and the gentleman Simone gave us instructions to live and see the city and showed us the room to then pass too The time with us to talk about music (which he is not only passionate, but has a taste nothing bad!). But in a 2-minute walk from the theater and any JustEat in the area. It will be our reference point for every next event here.

I was in this building at the Mengoni concert in Bologna. I was really nice, located on a very quiet road, check-in/out in complete autonomy, taking the keys and re-levering them. Ms. Eleonora guided me online telling me everything I needed to know.

The owner is comfortable and friendly. For a few days it's better than good. It's necessary to improve some things. In my room “business” c and a little problem shower for use. I had breakfast with me the evening before, I had it for dinner, otherwise it was not fresh in the morning.
