帶長者和孩子出行，定這個酒店就是衝著家庭套房去的，兩個卧室兩個獨立衞浴，互不幹擾，非常適合一大家庭的出遊。去之前網上也看了相關評論，對於酒店比較陳舊的設施有了預期，因此不覺得酒店設施多麼不好，都是可以接受的，住的還是比較舒服的。 但！我要着重説一下酒店一層前台小姑娘的服務態度！我們在新疆自駕遊了10天9晚，每晚換一個酒店，這個酒店前台服務員是唯一一個不熱情態度不好對人愛搭不理的！我是攜程的鑽石會員，基本每週末都帶娃出去玩兒，北京都玩兒遍了，周邊各地區酒店也是每週末去住，10個國家、國內16個省、40多個地市，這麼多的酒店，這家服務員態度是最差最差的！我們自駕進去，不知道該怎麼停車，不知道狀況，我就下車進去問，服務員頭都不抬，就幾個字：停車歸物業，我們不管。你畢竟是在這兒工作的，是酒店的工作人員，我們剛剛來到博樂市的遊客，定的是你們酒店的房間，你們就算不管停車，幫忙多解釋一下情況不行麼？就算是嘴被粘住了，張不開，態度也可以好一些吧！你就是做服務行業的啊！眼皮都不帶抬一下的，自己玩兒手機，酒店沒有教過員工，和人説話要看着別人的眼睛以示尊重嗎？這個道理連我家6歲的孩子都知道！！作為一個老牌酒店，你請這麼個員工在前台，不會跌份嗎？不會拉低自己的質量嗎？不僅僅是剛開始的詢問停車事宜，是從那會兒開始，到我整個辦理入住的過程，一點兒笑模樣都沒有，眼皮不抬一下，都沒説過幾個字，跟誰欠了她八百塊錢似的。我不匿名評價，我的入住時間是8月14日晚上入住的酒店，查一下是哪個工作人員在前台當班吧，真夠可以的，就沒見過這樣兒的！ 如果是就簡單住一晚，不需要任何服務的，可以住，不想給自己添堵的，避開吧。
