Small hotel good service

The room was very clean, the staff was friendly, it was convenient to travel, the breakfast was rich, and what I liked most was that the fruits were changed every day, and there was plenty of fresh juice to eat! Great! Great!

I had always felt very good in this hotel, everyone had been so kind and respectful until today, December 3, 2023, at checkout, when the vulgar and unpleasant receptionist faced a mistake that we did not make, because according to her the payment was not I had made prior to check in I was going to call the police, the day we entered we asked if the payment had been made and they told us yes. Bueno, bonito, y barato (para un hotel en Usaquén.) Return stay, this time we got a very nice room with a more spacious bathroom where nothing was broken, and a cute fireplace! So, rooms vary in quality. The rooms have refrigerators, but no microwave, and unfortunately the hotel staff will not heat up food for you. There is a "fitness center" on the top floor but it only has two cardio machines and no weights. The Turkish sauna is nice, though. This top floor was dirty at the time, possibly going through renovations.
