I will advise people to reconsider their option when they want to book accommodation at City Living. The problem lays with management and not the ground staff, cause they're always nice and helpful. What we've noticed is that the ground staff are getting ill treatment from Marie so I don't know if she's the manager of the hotel, cause she instructed them to tell us that we cannot eat breakfast in our rooms, but we had it for the previous two weekends in our room, but this morning she instructed them to tell us breakfast are not allowed in the rooms. In addition they switch the aircon off a certain time from their front office, they say that they switch it off to save electricity but you've paid to stay there and some of the rooms does not have windows that ypu can open you have to lay in that heat. Lastly, the room we had the past two weekends did not have warm water. We informed them, and then they just gave us another room to shower and then go back to our room they don't prioritize their customers' needs, but your money is good enough. My advice is there are a lot of options in Bloemfontein, so please, before you book accommodation there, please consider this one as your last option. Such hotel should be reported to the Department of tourism, cause a I looked through other negative comments the management of City Living Hotel does not even care to respond to say they willtry to do better next time they just ignore it.
