This is a absolutely fantastic place to stay. It’s nearby everything. The staff were amazing and it felt like we’d known them for years, in particular Bobby. The bed was super comfy. There were very clean linen and lovely toiletries. The bar was reasonably priced and the “snack” menu was enough for a whole meal

Spent a long needed weekend away in Blackpool and we couldn’t have chosen a better little place to stay.. the rooms are everything you need and maybe a bit more on a budget.  The staff- incredible… the drinks are very cheap and even better with the service you receive. We had an amazing weekend on our first ever stay here and to Blackpool. We have all said this is our place to stay when we do come back… fantastic and fun filled weekend topped up by a lovely place to stay.. thank you all

BED BUGS :-(  We was horrified to find big bed bugs crawling on our duvet and pillows when we went to bed so we checked out at 2am.   Took a video as proof however the staff stated they were aware of a previous infestation but believed it to have been sorted, clearly not!!!  Manager checked the next day and agreed she had seen evidence of them herself on checking after our complaint, and assured us that pest control had been contacted. Full refund was given however the issue is obviously still ongoing.   Also our room did not look quite as clean and modern as the online photos and the bathroom was tiny, old, dated and dirty!   Only one window opened slightly.   Really disappointed to say the least!
