去了這麼多酒店，極少給差評，但這一次一定要説。
這家所謂“服務公寓”，不能算服務公寓，其實應該算是全自助公寓。價格偏貴，房間設施一般。
1.因為德國火車晚點1個半小時，我們到達柏林時間有點晚。前台沒人，要去後麪的一棟拿鑰匙。很不方便。深夜裡，折騰了半個小時。進了房間。發現沙發床沒有鋪床，毛巾也衹有兩條。我們付的是2個大人1個小孩的費用，還特別標註了孩子13歲。這不應該！
2.房間沒有洗衣機，要到後面洗衣房，衹有一台洗衣機和一台烘乾機。人多了，要等。而且洗衣房晚上10點關門，非常不方便。
3.我們住在靠路的這邊房間，非常吵，3晚都沒睡好。
4.退房的時候，收了10.5歐晚退房費，因為我們在11:28分退的房間。
5.所謂前台，就是坐在走廊道上的一個服務員。
6. 入住期間，毛巾可以在入門處櫃子裏自己換。但是，櫃子裏面的毛巾擺得亂七八糟，被不同住客摸來摸去，很不衞生。
