The front office agents are super helpful and nice! A beautiful hotel to stay and love the small town. People there are so friendly. Highly recommended to visit!

It's a bit old, but that's the atmosphere of the castle hotel. It's nice to experience it. The restaurant and bar at night are also very good. The restaurant service is very good. The guy can speak a few words of Chinese, which is a plus.

My wife and I have stayed more than ten times at this hotel over the last few years. The property and its interior is truly breathtaking. The refurbishment of such an old castle is unbelievably immaculate and the owners maintains it like only the germans can do. We always sleep so well in the wide and comfortable beds at Schloss Bensberg. High ceilings and good A/C ensures an excellent climate in the rooms. After a good night’s sleep, the magic of the delicate Schloss Bensberg breakfast alone is worth the visit. After breakfast I would recommend hiking in the Milchborntal nearby and indulge yourself in the hotel SPA and / or gym (Technogym) afterwards

We stayed for two nights with a culinary package, one dinner at Vendome, one at Trattoria Enoteca. Both were great, the quality and creativity of chef Wissler and his crew are truly outstanding.
