What a pleasant surprise place to stay in. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It is great location for restaurants and shopping and close enough to the train station and the airport. My favourite part was the beautiful presentation of the breakfast. Grazie mile

Facilities: The facilities are very new, with switches for delay lighting and extinguishing functions. The heating in the public area and the room is very sufficient, and a single coat can be fully opened in the room.
Hygienic: The room was cleaned very clean and very satisfied
Environment: The location is very good, very close to the top of the mountain, not far from the core of the old city in the upper city.
Service: The front desk and restaurant brother are very good, very humorous and talkative

The hotel's equipment and its super well and above facilities had all kinds of bathroom accessories, coffee, cakes .... the only bad thing I can say the noise and light that came from outside.

Room very clean, very functional with comfortable bed.
Breakfast excellent.
Only concern was walking from Station through quite intimidating area. I would not recommend anyone on their own to walk the route except in daytime.
Some people could have sleep disturbed by train noise but I wasn't. Picture from bedroom.

GGuest UserWe would certainly come back over and over. We were only here for one evening but everything was perfect. I wish there would be a microwave otherwise you can find everything you need in there and it's extremely clean. The bed felt AMAZING.

Certainly a very new hotel that has renovated much of adjacent abby building of acting cathedral. Ever staff is kind and sincere, trying their best for giving help to best guest experiences. Wish this hotel keeps that momentum and mindset.

RRUOXIThe location is 50m next to the old town square. Go out and turn left. In the core area of Bergamo, it is very convenient to come out early and take photos.
The downside is that cars cannot be reached directly, because the old town is prohibited and the car can be parked in a parking lot about 500m.

GGuest UserThis hotel was our most expensive but most disappointing.
Both nights (different rooms) were very noisy til the early hours of the morning. Although I had requested vegan options for breakfast there was only tomatoes & lettuce as savoury options. I asked on the first day for something the next but still no change.
We also requested twin beds but on the first night had a double bed.
On the positive side most staff were very good particularly Confort on reception.

No free drink! Which ****** since others give one. But the room is spacious and comfortable. The location is on a main road, which is a plus or minus. It was a minus for me since I heard the rage of Italian drivers when I had the window open.
Staff were great though! Still don't recommend for people on a budget! It's a nice 13 min walk from the station which is good.

ННастя КочергинаНовый отель с отличным и красивым ремонтом. Всё свежее и приятное. Много пространства, удобные кровати. Но есть проблемы с заездом. Нет стойки регистрации, поэтому свяжитесь с отелем заранее. При въезде требуют оплатить городской налог и только по банковской карте. Если бы у нас не было интернета и связи, то мы остались бы на улице.
