We have been going to this hotel for years. Cross the road is the beach. The bus stop is outside the hotel. Only 3 or 4 floors. Quiet area in the night. Went in April last year. What a difference. The room and balcony was lovely, spacious. What was bad no kettle. They only had coffee machines and had to have a row to get that. The manager said the English don't want tea anymore so I asked her why they served it at breakfast. No more dinners only lunch, which is ridiculous as there was no where too eat at night without taking a bus ride. The Jacuzzi was not the same, whereas you had 3 settings, a whirling fountain and 2 types of sprays. You only got one and it was turned on in the morning turned off at 12pm and turned on again at 2pm till 5pm. When we were there someone had put bath bubble in the mechanism. She asked if my sister or I had done it. which we didnt. She closed that for 3 days in fact we only used twice because it was not fixed. The staff were pleasant but found they favoured their own when it came to dishing out food. Although it was 4 star no longer, never can they call it a 4 star and charge the same money unless they return all the things they have taken away and that means the staff they got rid of. I should imagine a lot of people go elsewhere now. Terrible shame. We now go to Cimbal Hotel .Food a lot better than Delphin If you go get a lower floor as rooms more spacious and ask for balcony. You get dinner as well.

After 6 years staying with my family at this hotel, located in such a special place, I must say that since covid it has been worst every Year. Specially since its management group changed to el greco group. It is not a 4 stars hotel level, even though the price is. The service quality, the meals quality, the cleaning services, animmation options are getting worse. All employees are kind but seem work overloaded, tired and in stress. Even though we see they try to do their best. This situation is related with Cristina Hernandez, the hotel manager, who treats everyone - employees and guests- in the most unkind way. I’ve noticed this situation several times. This person is not customer driven at all, nor has the right profile to manage hotels and teams. With this management I’ll give up my holidays week in Delfin.

The Hotel Manger - Cristina Hernandez has no competence and do not treat well guests and employees. The swimming pool area was reduced due to the construction of a new tower near by . Construction duration is more than 3 years
