Hotel çok merkezi bir konumda yer alıyor. Hotelden popüler tüm ziyaret edilmesi gereken noktalara yürüyerek rahatlıkla ulaşabilirsiniz. En işlek ve canlı yaya caddesi hemen 1 sokak üstte yer alıyor. Odalar büyük, temiz ve ferah. Yatak oldukça rahattı. Kahvaltı konaklama bedeline dahil değil ve kahvaltı almak istenirse kişi başı 8Euro ek ücret talep ediliyor. Kahvaltı almadık ancak kahvaltı alanını görme fırsatımız oldu ki otelde kahvaltı almak pek değermi emin değilim. Nikola Tesla Havalimanı'ndan otele gitmek ve hotelden havalimanına dönüşte hotel kanalıyla taksi çağırma talebimiz oldu. Hotel havalimanı arası tek yön 30Euro talep ediliyor. Taksi ile gidilecek mesafe trafik yoksa 10-12 dakika. Dönüşte taksiciyi öderken 50Euro verdik ancak taksici euro para üstü olarak sadece 10 Euro olduğunu geri kalan 10 Euro'yu ise Sırp Dinarı olarak verebileceğini söyledi. Ancak Sırp Dinarı olarak verdiği para üstü miktarı sadece 5 Euro karşılığına denk gelen 600 Dinar oldu. Havalimanına girme telaşı içerisinde ilk kez para üstünü kontrol etmedim ve farkettiğimde çok geçti. Dolayısıyla para üstü aldığınızda çok dikkatli olunuz. Hatta mümkünse taksi ücreti ne kadar ise tam o kadar euro yanınızda olsun.

My wife and I were excited to be among the earliest visitors to this stunningly renovated hotel. Hotel staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, our enthusiasm waned as we discovered that the hotel still has some way to go before we could confidently recommend it to others. Issues started cropping up shortly after check-in. Our key card for the room didn’t work, and took several trips back and forth before it was properly activated. In our room, the air conditioning was non-functional, with the temperature remaining at 26°C / 79°F. Despite bringing this to the attention of multiple staff members, the problem remained unresolved. After an uncomfortable first night of attempting to sleep in a warm room, the hotel offered to change our room. We undertook the task of relocating from the 5th floor to the 2nd floor, only to realize that the AC in the new room wasn't working either, with no solution from the staff. It left us wondering why the room wasn't checked for proper functioning before having us move. In the second room, we noticed peculiar marks on the sheets. Pulling them back, we encountered bugs crawling on the mattress, leaving us feeling repulsed. We checked out, providing the front desk with photos and details of the situation. They offered no support or refund, only an apology and said they’ll call an exterminator. Pros: * Very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant * Excellent inclusive breakfast * Upscale design elements Cons: * Presence of bugs/insects on the mattress (I won't speculate on the type) * Non functioning AC * Showers leak, leading to bathroom flooding * Automatic closet light turns off when opened and remains on when closed, causing light leakage into the room at night * Absence of top sheets on the bed

I’m really thankful with the staff at the reception. They were very helpful during my late check in, and also gave me good recommendations about where to eat and how to get to some places I was interested in visiting. My stay in Belgrade was very short but if I come back I’ll definitely stay in City Nest Modern & Cosy Suites.

Super recommended, it is not far from the city center, but 20 meters away from the car, the hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are beautiful and spacious, the facilities are complete, and the front desk is also very enthusiastic. The triple room I live in is super The air conditioner works well, but it is an electric water heater. It may not be hot after washing too much. There are also small refrigerators. There are many convenience stores and pharmacies nearby. Some of them cannot be swiped. In addition, remember to buy a multi-day bus pass. APP (moovit) is very easy to use and affordable~

The staff were welcoming and thoughtful, the location is central but in a quiet pocket. Very close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and tourist sites. The room felt luxurious for the low price tag. I highly recommend staying here while in Belgrade. Thanks to the staff for a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Nice 'vintage' style hotel in a central part of town opposite a calm park.The center is at walking distance and the hotel isn't exactly on the heart of the city.Very clean although a bit outdated and great staff with notable ”Tamara'' from the breakfast team. Only annoying thing is that last morning we were in ahurry to leave and the housekeeping was keeping the elevator so long we had to go down the stairs with our luggages.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect. It is in the city centre. We got a lovely room in the front of the hotel. Big and clean Breakfast was nice. Plenty of choices. I have to say the staff are fantastic. Two members of staff in particular. David is so helpful. I looked for more hangers on the first evening and within two minutes I had another 10 hangers. Later in the week I need laundry bags for packing and a few minutes he got some for me. Nothing is a problem. A very pleasant man that never stops smiling. 😄 Tamara was also very helpful and pleasant Doesn’t that make all the difference when you book into a hotel. You can’t go wrong if you stay here

The washroom is not in the room but a private one as I can use, the hotel host is friendly. I changed my time of stay and they agreed. Good one.

Hotel service staff: I personally feel that they are very service-minded and quite careless during their stay. The hotel pictures match the actual room pictures.
