We have visited the hotel in 2022. It says 5* Hotel but I would give it 2*. It was the first time we have decided to pay a premium price for 5* service but this was waste of money and big disappointment. We travel a few times a year and this 5* Hotel was a mistake. The place was dirty, the glasses everywhere, the carpets vey messy. It was the first time when I didn’t take my clothes from my suitcase. The wardrobe was old, very used and falling apparat. When we found a rat ( first night experience) in the kids room, we have asked to clean the room and get a new one. The room was cleaned following day in the afternoon ( after several demands). The receptionist promised a new room but that didn’t happen. When I spoke to the manager, he laughed and said that “the nature is close to us”. He wouldn’t change the room. He wouldn’t take us seriously . We were so cross to the point that we wanted to change the hotel. In the end we have booked so many activities to just stayed away from this place. I do not recommend this hotel!!! So we took the opportunity to explore the place. Please be aware that “free” doesn’t mean free. We have chosen a few trips, one was free of charge. Nobody told us that we need waterproofs and shoes for the rafting. Charge €10 each ( do not worry if you have no cash on you - the bus driver will go to the hotel with you to take the money). They expect the tips for everything. Trip to Pamukkale- very expensive. We left 4 am to spend 2 hours collecting other tourists from the city. After that we were transferred to a coach for additional 6 hours ride - not worth it. You arrived at Pamukkale and a few hours later you need to get back.;( Why the information about 2 hours waste of time on the bus weren’t provided. Just one disappointment after another. So we not only paid a premium price for “5*” which was a 2* Hotel and spent a lot of money on attractions we didn’t plan or budget for.

We spent week in Soho Hotel Belek as the reviews were quite good, I would not say this hotel is more than 3.5, especially the rooms. Rooms are dated, toilet flush runs 24/7, curtains were hanging off rail, mould all over bathroom with a bad smell to it, one might say you only sleep in there but it could do with some updating. The food was good, pools, bars and beach were too. The staff is not very friendly and hardly speak any English. (I do understand that I should have spoken Turkish when going there)

How anyone can rate this as a five star hotel is beyond me. The rooms whilst not bad or particularly dirty are small, badly lit and very dated. More importantly the beds are small not even King-sized and very hard. For this alone you can only really rate it as three star, from asking the other customers it seemed to be the same in all rooms The service here is geared mostly to the huge Russian clientel which although it makes sense can be hard if you have a problem. The drink is very average all-inclusive , I wouldn't try the white wine. The food is above average and good value The pool and beach are very nice and kids , family activities good. Don't rely on the WiFi especially at peak time night. All in all it can be very good value but not five star as advertised..

I never thought I will be writing review while I am still staying in the hotel. We are family of four and were very excited to come to our long waited holidays 🙂 we arrived to hotel around 11am, were greeted with reseptionist who only speaks russian, so called another one who served us. We were immediately explained that their check in time is from 2 pm but we can have breakfast and he will check us in right after that. So we happyli went had breakfast and came back. No rush, we sat on the couch and thought that we would come once ready. During the time couple more people arrived and they were checked in immediatetly. I thought that was strange, so I checked if we will have a chance to check in soon. He assures that 5 more mins. OK. I sat down and continued to wait, receptionist dissapeared and ghen came back after 10min. No attention to us, but I still waited. Then more people arrived to hotel and they were greeted immediatetly, given keys and taken to the room!! Another 10 mins and he came back to me saying another 10 mins and then it will be us! (He did it, we were taken to room finally) The room: one double bed and one single to a family of four! Really?! I see the armchair that could be made into bed, so assume this should be for one of the boys. (Should you not get this ready for the guests before arrival?) Room is outdated, small, wardrobe broken, one pillow had stains on. I went to bathroom and found it smelly, once opened the bin I found it was full!!! Once settled I went back to receptionist and asked about the bed, he explained that they have only had facility for armchair bed, which is fine, but I asked him if I should make it myself? He said the maid will come and get everything ready. Then I told him about the bin and he didn't look surprised, he simply called housekeepping and asked to clean up. After about 4 hours housekeepper came to make a bed. Lovely lady really. She got her finger caught under bed between metals very badly. She kept telling all ok, my husband used almost toilet roll to keep the blood. I called reception and they didn't understand what I want until told them emergency need help and come now!!! Lugguage porter ran to us and they took lady somewhere. Hopefully she's ok, as didn't see her again. Our bed remained undone and bloody, luckily had wet wipes so cleaned it. I didn't want to disturb them, so I told my hubby someone would come later to pick up bloody sheet and make a bed. Guess? Noone came til after dinner. I then went back to receptionist again and there was a new evening shift, where guy spoke english, was nice talked to me like I am a guest of the room. I explained everything and bed was made shortly. (Although only bedsheet was thrown on the bed and thats it, but I used it and made myself nicely) beach: Lovely!! Sandy, sea is warm and it's just fabulous 🙂 Kids pool: amazing! Kids love the pirate ship to bits!❤ Bar: all local watered down drinks, no one has english and if you don't speak russian

This resort is basically serving Russian clientele. Most of the staff speak only Russian, only a few have a basic English understanding. The pools and the beach itself are excellent, in great condition, and the beach cabanas are a nice touch and very comfortable. The reception lobby is a bit shabby. The rooms, though, are horrible. The stairs and hallways are filthy. I don't think they've seen a vacuum in years. While the rooms appeared clean, there was a stench of mold and mildew, and you could see it in the corners. One in our party had to swap rooms twice to find one that was minimally acceptable. Bath towels were threadbare, there was no soap (thankfully we had some of our own). Bed coverings were very basic, no top sheet, we had to take the "blankets" from two other beds just to cover ourselves completely. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable, literally like sleeping on a wooden plank covered only with a thin material that offered no padding. The food in the cafeteria was plentiful, but sloppily prepared. It was OK, but nothing special. Overall, I would definitely not stay here again.

My wife and I booked a family holiday where we stayed in a very basic family room, the room was dated, smelly and the bathroom was ABSOLUTELY disgusting. The room was swept and not cleaned, the bathroom towels were resolved but not once deep cleaned (I cleaned the sink). The young lad cleaning was a teenager and god knows why he even bothered, he swept up sand with a small piece of cardboard with no hoover in site. Pools were good and the slides were fun. However, the pools are always overcrowded. Not much more I can say. Drinks were fine no issues. However the food was rank. It was horrible and I can’t fluff it up, the restaurant does not cater for the western world - since when do I want a stuffed peppers and Albanian liver for lunch. The staff were boring, lacked personality and had nothing about them, little to no English and they clearly prioritise those from Eastern Europe. The Wi-Fi is absolutely shocking and we barely logged on for 2 days as it was down.. the staff at reception again lacked personality, upon arrival we were barely met with even a smile… The whole holiday from getting drinks, having dinner was a complete rush - dinner is NOT an experience it was absolutely horrendous and at times you had to fight to get a table. We were there for 14 nights and during this time we met 2 English families, need I say anymore about the clientele. Please also not me they do not have a kids club, it’s a room where kids can get out the heat and paint t-shirt for 15 Euros, the kids come and go - please done be fooled by this. Also the evening kids entertainment consists of 9 songs in foreign languages - that’s it - no other entertainment for kids just the same songs, over and over and over again! DO NOT STAY HERE

We are in resort now. We requested our 2 rooms are next to each other and told that was fine as we have 2 young 12,15 years old girls and obviously need to be next door to them for safety. We asked for twin beds but they gave us doubles. We arrived Monday night and told yes we can move in the morning as our rooms were in separate buildings which we were not satisfied with 1 room is ok just basic but the other smells of damp. We asked the reception manager to move us the following morning and we were met with aggression and frankly rudeness, no customer etiquette displayed. We were told no other rooms were available and yet LAST night new people moved into rooms in our building despite them saying no not available for our children. DISGUSTING treatment. Also the Disco is very loud until 1 am and you cannot sleep until then a SO LOUD. I like a disco but not near my hotel room. If the management would like to reconsider moving our rooms and cooperatiing with us I will happily publicly thank them otherwise a full honest further review will be left on this platform and other social media. Very unhappy guests in Room 4134!!!! !

The rooms are horrible - no amenities at all. This hotel is clearly not a 5 star. I am surprised how can this qualified for such rating. The towels were low quality and smelly. The beds were least comfortable. They do not provide an extra bed for a child. On the plus side, they have a nice beach, food was good, and lots of options for drinks. They have multiple swimming pools for kids and adults.
