I have stayed here many times, and the environment is as attractive as ever. There were a lot of people during the May Day holiday, and the hotel was fully booked, but the reception capacity was good, the service was not compromised, and it was very quiet at night, without the worry of noise. During dinner, there was a barbecue party in the park, and there were coupons for check-in, which was very good. I woke up early and saw an outdoor wedding, which was very beautiful. The breakfast was slightly underprepared due to the large number of people, and there was no milk or other things, but the staff was working hard to solve it.

The service at this hotel is really great! The two guys at the front desk had really good service and were very enthusiastic. They helped me solve my problems and meet my needs in a timely manner. I booked a twin bed. The hotel room was very clean, comfortable and warm, and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is also very good. There are pharmacies and convenience stores nearby, as well as several small restaurants to choose from, and the transportation is also very convenient. , there is a bus at the door. The breakfast in the hotel is also very good. Considering our age, the front desk specially gave us breakfast. The room was also very warm and there was plenty of hot water. The hotel is in a courtyard, so it's nice not to face the street directly! The price of the hotel is also relatively reasonable and the price-performance ratio is relatively high! I have stayed many times. From spring to winter, year after year, children like to come to Yanqing to play. I have lived in nearby hotels many times. This time I will evaluate the performance of this winter. The room is clean and has no smell. The facilities are simple and practical. The space is large enough and the design is reasonable. In particular, the temperature of the winter room is the best! This is too important for Yanqing in the cold winter. We stayed for two nights and slept in thin pajamas with the air conditioner on, and the quilt was not covered.

The front desk lady was very nice. She gave us a family room with a double bed and a single bed. The child was 1.45 meters tall, and the three of us lived very comfortably. The steak at the hotel's buffet dinner was great. The receptionist helped the child apply for a very cost-effective children's price, and the dinner was very enjoyable. In terms of the itinerary, there were 2 packages purchased in advance, one with a 10-minute fixed-wing aircraft experience, and one with a night tour of the Great Wall for 2 adults and 1 child, 5 attractions such as Wild Duck Lake, and 1 of 2 adults and 1 child at Chibabu Park. It is worth mentioning that other hotels will charge an additional fee for this package when used on holidays, but Hilton did not charge an additional fee, which was particularly cost-effective. Our 3-day schedule was full and fulfilling, and Chibabu didn't have time to go. I will stay at Hilton again if I go to Yanqing next time!

🚗 Transportation: At first, I thought the transportation of this hotel was very convenient. After arriving, I realized that the hotel is in a village-like place. Roads are being built around the hotel, making it impossible to get through from the north to the south. We can only go around from the west, and it takes a long way to get to the main road. I am very dissatisfied with the transportation aspect. If you have friends who are going to stay in the near future, it is recommended to call the hotel first to ask about the road construction status. 🧹Hygiene: The level of hygiene and cleanliness is average. I thought this is a chain hotel with a certain guarantee of hygiene, but we found hair on the bed, which greatly affected our mood at the time. In addition, this hotel does not provide disposable slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo and other supplies. You can ask for shampoo and toothpaste at the front desk. 🔔Service: The hotel service staff is quite attentive. Every time I call to ask for something, it is delivered quickly. This is relatively satisfactory. 🍃Environment: The environment can only be said to be average. Their windows are large and the scenery is good, but because of construction around them, there is always noise. Moreover, the sound insulation effect of the hotel is very poor. The noise of children and the sound of things falling from other rooms were very clear. We almost didn't sleep well during the few nights we stayed. Let me talk about the parking issue here. The hotel and the hotel next to it share a parking lot. If you come back from dinner, there is no place to park, and there is no place to park on the path in front of the hotel, which will be very embarrassing. Generally speaking, parking is difficult, and even when you come back, you still have to check the time.

First I will tell my story about the mini-bar, then I'll get to the good things. So when I was booking this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised that it indicated ”Minibar (free)” in the list of perks. Then in the room, I read the menu that explicitly said that the mini-bar offers a VARIETY of drinks free of charge (I'll attach all the proof for reference). But then I opened it and discovered a bunch of same bottles of WATER. I thought, hm, that's not what the brochure says. So I went downstairs to ask them about it, but they just kept saying - sorry, we don't have other drinks at this time. I said - I wouldn't mind at least a bottle of coke in it or something. They pointed at the vending machine right next to them suggesting to buy one... (facepalmed) And so I bought a bottle of coke, because I'm not trying to be a complainer or anything, but I felt a slight taste of a scam, considering how explicit they are everywhere about their ”amazing free minibar”. They say that don't have it, but yet they do put it into their lobby vending machines to charge you for them. I hope they can either provide proper selection in their minibar or remove any mention of it having various drinks to stop misleading those who love little perks like this. Other than that it is a high-quality hotel that is well-built, provides great comfort, and in all other matters staff was more caring. The room was gorgeous, with great design, tech, and view. Thumbs up for that.
