Located within walking distance to Wangfujing centre, very convenience to hunt for foods. Compliment washer & dryer available at B2. Please avoid peak usage in the evening. Many private driver outside the hotel offering private tour to Great Wall at very reasonable price. Will certainly back to this hotel when I visit Beijing next time.

Let me say I had the best experience here! I came with my sister and her husband from Trinidad and Tobago. The location is great , the staff are friendly and efficient not to mention caring. The location really really did it for me. In the early morning I could walk two blocks across and I’d be at the gates of the forbidden city ,which is such a beautiful place to see in the early morning without all the crowds. The restaurant next to the hotel is amazing and has the best Beijing duck in Beijing according to reviews . However if u want to eat there go early and make a reservation or do it online .we were lucky we only waited 45 minutes. 齐亚龙 was also super helpful. They have a washer and dryer and one night someone left their clothes in the dryer (so inconsiderate) however we called the staff and they carefully moved the dry clothes into one of their new laundry bags and that allowed us to use the dryer . Over a great experience. The rooms are clean and they give you water , don’t expect a view from the windows but really that isn’t so important when you’re in such a ideal location
The hotel is a light luxury hotel integrating business, leisure and vacation. The hotel is located behind the Catholic Church, a popular place for travel photography and internet celebrities, adjacent to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street, and within walking distance of famous tourist attractions such as the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. The elevator exit of Jinyu Hutong Station on Metro Line 8 is on the left side of the door, and the exit of the hutong is Dengshikou Exit A on Metro Line 5, with very convenient transportation.
The hotel combines Chinese and Western architectural styles, focusing on light luxury, simplicity and tranquility, and integrates shared office and art exhibitions well. All room bathrooms are Kohler brand, equipped with refrigerators, air conditioners, LCD TVs, safes, automatic curtains, kettles, hair dryers, etc., to bring you a comfortable stay experience. Guests can use public areas such as the gym, self-service laundry room, children's playroom, leisure area, art gallery, etc. for free. 24-hour reception for inquiries, guest supplies borrowing, free luggage storage, conference reservations, reception room reservations, to meet your various needs in life and work as much as possible. At the same time, the hotel provides a quick processing process without deposit and room inspection for all guests who make online and offline reservations, providing you with the most intimate and convenient service for your stay here.

Super appreciative this hotel let me check in early after a long overnight flight. Staff are very nice and accommodating, and the room is perfect for a solo traveller. Amenities delivered by robot is particularly cute. Location is extremely convenient, less than 10 mins walk from stations on two metro lines, as well as the lively Wangfujing shopping area.
Only improvement is that sound insulation could be better, and at times I could smell cigarette smoke despite the hotel’s policy of no smoking in rooms. But in general I had a pleasant stay and slept well.

Everything in regards to our stay at the Grand Hyatt was 6* except for the WiFi which wasn't of international standards.
Location was spot on a central network linked to the mall with major big brands
Which is linked to the 1st class train system.
It's also 30mins walk to the Forbidden city.
And the gym 🏋️♀️ and Pool and Spa was simply immaculate and luxurious first class with a heated pool oasis. Wished I could have spent more time enjoying the facilities.
And what complimented well to the global luxurious brand was it's staff members!
I have to call out the exceptional 2 departments
Conceige and Housekeeping which was truly above and beyond!!!
Daniel -assisted with restaurant bookings and forbidden City tickets reservations. And when he was off duty he still wechat me to suggest how to maximise the use of our tickets and best way to maximise time to visit Tianamen Square too and tips too on best way all this while he was off duty!
Such dedication!!!
Another staff whom I like to recognise is Cecila also from Conceige. When asked for directions on day 1, she didn't just verbalise, she left her station and ushered us all the way outside and showed us the right way around to our breakfast destination.
On day 2, which is also check out day, she realised its
J birthday and made arrangments for not 1 but 2 bakes so that our dearest friends could enjoy together too. She also kept in touch on wechat to organise all our logistical arrangments several times. Each time with a 😃 smile. Outstanding!
Housekeeping lady for rooms 1221 and 1220 was simple though and detailed and went above and beyond too. So much personal touch to all that she did which most would never bother!
Good job!! And best of all, she didn't expect anything in return. Absolutely admirable! Unsung hero!
Check in staff Allan was pleasant and swift with our late check in and made our final day breakfast logistics seamless. Thank you and thanks for responding efficiently on wechat too.
Con- WiFi sucks badly.....surprised that a 5* global brand couldn't keep u to. Chengdu 4* service Residence. So frustrating for global travellers like ourselves.
Hope the next time we stay here sky guo would have fixed this feedback! Alongside with ensuring that luke warm pre made coffee will not be served.
Absolutely charming sales director

A truly excellent 5-star hotel (if not better) in a great location with wonderful staff in and around the premise!
Of special mention is the Front Office Manager, Mr Su Yan, who quickly and tirelessly helped salvage an issue with a friend who was initially part of the booking for the Twin-room. As this friend had submitted his passport to an embassy for a visa, he couldn't check in with me. As a result, a request was made for a double bed for single occupancy which was promptly met without incurring further charges.
All staff, from the front office to housekeeping, maintained their courteous smiles and greetings throughout my 4 nights/5 days stay. This included even those at the restaurant for breakfast, who were quick to usher their guests to their tables, and to promptly serve the desired beverage.
Breakfast was sumptuous with a good variety of choices from Western to Chinese, and even Japanese.
My room was always cleaned as soon as I left for breakfast and this made it pleasant to return to the room, to plan the outings for the day.
The subway, which was within walking distance helped with getting around Beijing without the hassle of being caught up in the horrific traffic which seems to be a common feature of this city.
This was truly a spendid trip staying at this gem of a hotel that I had even contemplated extending my stay for another 2 nights. However, duty beckoned me to check out to return to work.
I look forward to returning to this hotel once more should the opportunity present itself and I'm hoping that it'll be sooner too!

This was my second stay in a month at Baifuyi. The first time was two weeks ago, I took a domestic flight from this hotel to Daxing airport. This time I returned to Beijing from Daxing airport and took an international flight at the capital airport. In short, it is close to both airports in Beijing. It's also close to the city center. I got off the plane just over 2pm and took the subway to the hotel just over 4pm.
In the evening, when the traffic is busiest, take a ride to Houhai to have dinner and a night out. The taxi fare is only over 30 yuan a trip, indicating that the road is not far. Back to the hotel at night is by subway. 🚇 On the way we went to the Ginza Mall to buy some fruit 🍎 and drink. it was less than ten o'clock we were back to the hotel. It's as if in this hotel, after getting off the plane, you can enjoy the beauty of Beijing immediately.
And this time because we have one more person, five of us. We got an apartment suite. The two-bedroom, three-bathroom suite is newly renovated, well equipped and very clean. There is a large two-door fridge, a fully automatic washing machine, and a microwave and gas oven. There is more than 100 square meters of space for five of us, more than enough.
It was originally planned for five people to book two hotel rooms. Now it is more affordable and convenient to book a suite.
👍 The rooms all have balconies and large glass flooring, so you don't have to go outside and see the beautiful scenery of Beijing.
The excellence of the customer service was also one of the reasons we chose to come back. Jack Fan at the front desk, very aware of the fatigue of the travelers, he quickly completed the check in, so that we can easily get on board.
Whether I'm in China or abroad, I prefer to book a hotel rather than a bed and breakfast when I travel. Although the hotel is more expensive, there are strict government regulations on fire prevention, burglary and hygiene. Stay at peace of mind in a hotel. I don't think B & B will tell you about the floor plans and escape routes. But it is a must for all star-rated hotels. The advantages of a bed and breakfast are spacious and convenient. At Baifuyi in Beijing, we enjoyed the delicate luxury of the star-rated hotels and the spacious and relaxing nature of the B & B.

I've picked this location to attend concert at Olympic stadium. It's conveniently located near metro/mall/supermart. Hotel is clean, compact & comes with free laundry & gym. When I'm back from a show at 10.30pm, I tried the bun as supper (available between 10-11pm).
Overall, it's value for money. But do ask for help / explanation as the staff may not be very proactive in explaining.
We are located in the middle of Dongsihuan Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, next to Dajiuting Bridge (southeast corner), with direct access to Universal Studios. Convenient transportation. China World Trade Center CBD business district, Beijing East Railway Station, Beijing Institute of Technology, Shuangjing Fuli City, Panjiayuan Antique City, Happy Valley Amusement Park scenic spots are all within easy reach, and can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. I was very pleased with the hotel. The first thing that stands out is how friendly the staff is. I’ve stayed in various hotels, but here, the staff was the nicest I’ve encountered. They are always happy to answer questions and ready to help.
I also have no complaints about the room. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. There were no unpleasant odors or anything like that. Fresh towels, bath mats, drinks, and snacks were provided daily. Additionally, there’s a buffet with Chinese dishes every day and fresh fruit available 24/7.
Next to the hotel, there is a restaurant and many shops. Across the street, there’s a shopping mall where you can eat and shop. Other shopping malls are also nearby.
Overall, the hotel is fantastic. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend it.

AAnonymous UserRoom, amenities, and services are great. We got the standard queen size room however it’s comes with a window but facing to next building, hence there’s no sunlight coming in, picture are a bit misleading but overall is great. Location is not that convenient, everything is like 20mins ride away, but I must say the room and the services is great. Have a nice stay with them.
HHumphrey JrOverall I would say we enjoyed our stay, I was looking for a good place to bring my girl and treat her and She loved it!The staff was very friendly and the service was great. The location is pretty far but it’s quite worth it, the view from the balcony is amazing. So if you’re looking for a get away from the city this is the right place, it’s very quiet and peaceful.
HHADIYANTO CUGITOVery convenient location, the hotel is located at a popular district Xidan, near the famous Tiananmen Square and Wangfujing street. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Xidan station exit F1.
The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of cuisines ranging from Western delicacies to Chinese comfort food. The breakfast buffet opens from 7 - 10 AM.
The dinner buffet is a wonderful unforgettable luxury experience, serving hotpot, fresh Seafood and meat, and an ice cream station. The dinner buffet opens from 5:30 - 9:30 PM.
The room is very clean and looked new, the staffs are friendly and polite. Overall a wonderful experience, would definitely come back again.
UUzManEverything is great if you stay alone but I stayed in this hotel with my friend and I didn't like the wall of restroom because it was glass wall and the other's good. if I will stay in Beijing I will choose Qiuguo Hotel
PphottigimathThe service was really good. We enjoyed the stay. The staff was very friendly. It is very near to the railway station, so it was really convenient. I should really appreciate the cleanliness, the rooms and the bathrooms were extremely clean. It was an amazing stay. All the staff did a really great job. Extremely happy.
PS: the receptionist was very handsome. So extra happy😁
TTinaMI was only here for 3 nights, but had an extremely comfortable stay. The rooms are large and very well equipped - there is a fridge, microwave, kettle and a really good washer/dryer, which was such a blessing for me after a month of traveling. This is essentially a serviced apartment, but they also have a lovely lounge/kitchen in the basement, with a coffee machine that I may have used a little too much 🤣 It was good coffee and I was really glad for it at the start of a busy day. Their housekeeping staff is lovely as well, as is their security/doorman with the kindest smile. The reception staff went above and beyond to help me with my many queries. I had some delayed deliveries arrive at the hotel after I checked out, unfortunately, and although I'm sure my many requests may have been rather irritating as my friend in Beijing attempted to reroute/collect the late deliveries from the hotel, never once did the hotel staff convey a hint of frustration to me. They were so kind and gracious throughout, and I am genuinely grateful for that.
The hotel's location is an absolute chef's kiss 🤌 There are 2 major subway stations at equal distance from the hotel, and you can pick the station based on which line you need. The hotel is located by the hutongs west of Dongsi, right at the end of the LongfuSi complex, which is essentially a long line of fantastic pubs, cafes, restaurants, and also functions as a community/park of sorts, so you will see lots of families and people walking their dogs in the evenings - I'm not quite sure how to describe it, but it's a very uniquely ”Beijing” experience, not one you would experience out on the busy main roads. One of my favourite things was just walking back from the subway station and getting to immerse myself in this environment before arriving at Base. Also, I read some reviews saying it is inaccessible for taxis - this is not true, as there is a wide enough road for cars; your DiDi driver just won't be able to wait for you as there is no parking on the main street, so you'll need to be waiting for them outside. It was very convenient for my driver to pick me up when I checked out.
Thank you to the courteous reception staff for putting up with all my queries and shenanigans! I'm genuinely grateful and hope to be back again very soon (hopefully next time with fewer questions, but no promises!)
WWade99It was the most outstanding stay at this elegant hotel. The room was stunning, comfortable and well decorated. We loved the thoughtful and personalized anniversary decor on the bed, cards and bubbles. A special thank you to Paolo and the team. The delicious and decadent cake we ordered from the bakery was absolutely delicious. All the staff were professional, friendly and made our experience phenomenal. The afternoon tea, cocktails and light dinner at the club were delectable and so enjoyable. Can't wait to return for another awesome staycation at The Regent.
GGuest UserThe best thing about this hotel is the location. It's right on Qianmen Rd, only about 3 minutes walk to Zhushikou Metro Station Exit A. It is walking distance to Tiantan Park. Very close to Tiananmen and Gugong and Qianmen Transportation Centre. You can either ride a bike to these places or take subway which is about 3 stops. It is on the quiet side of Qianmen Rd and a short distance walk to the main Rd, so it is easy to get a taxi and go around than living in the middle of Qianmen Rd. The amenities are minimal, and the room is quite small. Service is ok. They charge 50 Yuan deposit for a second room card. There is a convenient store on the opposite of the hotel which is nice. I would recommend it for short stay in Beijing.

GGuest UserVery nice stay. Really convenient location. Short 10min walk to the metro. Local fruit store, pharmacy and corner shop just outside. The hotel staff were friendly and Rumble was particularly helpful. Cleanliness of the room was ok with toothbrush, slippers and fresh towels provided.
CChani AtrLobby staff needs to improve. They should learn to smile more. Servers in the restaurants learn to shut up when guests are nearby! They talk about guests a lot. Need to improve their manner. Did not feel great they were chit chatting about guests.
