The four days and three nights spent at the Bulgari Hotel Beijing was like a dream journey of luxury and warmth. From the beginning of the reservation, service supervisor Jane Liu and guest service manager Miya Yang kicked off the journey with meticulous service. After learning about our anniversary celebration plan, they carefully prepared welcome fruits, exquisite cakes and selected red wine, which instantly lit up our hearts. Whenever we entered or left the hotel, there was always a handsome and strong brother to greet us. He not only opened the car door for us elegantly, but also thoughtfully delivered the luggage directly to the room, making us feel honored. During the stay, the spacious and comfortable guest rooms became our private world, and the free drinking of some beer and beverages added a bit of comfort. Every morning, a hearty breakfast on site awakened the sleeping taste buds on time, so that a good day started here. The 25-meter-long swimming pool is like a peaceful blue wave, allowing us to swim in it; the gym meets the need to stay energetic. When leaving the hotel, a delicate luggage tag given by the hotel became one of the most precious souvenirs of this trip. Special thanks to housekeeper Ian, Ms. Li Jinfeng from the room service department, Susan Zhou, the room director, Dale from the SPA center and the lifeguard, as well as every staff member whose name I don’t have time to remember or who I contacted by phone but never met. Your warm hospitality and professional service have woven the warmest memories of this unforgettable journey.

Stayed for four nights in a row. The bedding was very comfortable and the experience was very good. The 24-hour breakfast service was very convenient. I couldn't finish the breakfast. The fruit was delivered every day, but I couldn't finish it. Every night, they also sent rose tea to help me sleep. The hand cream, lipstick, and luggage tag with my name engraved on it were all very nice! The housekeeper Xiao Hu was also thoughtful and attentive!

The location of the hotel is very good. The butler Cocio's service is very considerate. He gave me a gift from the hotel. The mattress in the hotel room is super comfortable. In addition, I stayed for a long time and gave me a spa experience, but I didn't want to do it because I was on my period. Ginger tea is also delivered to the room every night; the swimming pool is also great, there are three sauna rooms to choose from, the facilities are also very good, and the bar atmosphere in the hotel is also very good; I will choose this hotel again when I come to Beijing again. 

I traveled to Beijing with my kids and stayed for four consecutive days for Bulgari's high-quality facilities and good service attitude. I was not disappointed after checking in. The lobby and front desk staff were very polite and helped with the luggage. The cleaning lady in the room was polite and serious. Although I stayed there for consecutive days, the room was always kept tidy and clean after I came back every day. Every detail was done well. The hotel is conveniently located and it is very convenient to go to the Sanlitun Forbidden City and Lama Temple. There is also Liangma River in front of it. It is nice to take a walk after dinner. Except that there are not so many choices for breakfast, everything else is very good.

Today I returned to the Bulgari Hotel Beijing again, and came to this shining star in the capital's hotels. As a representative of Beijing's new luxury hotels, Bulgari is at the top of the service industry as always. The hotel manager was very polite to arrange a delicate and comfortable room for me. The hotel housekeeper Helen would like to give special praise here~ Every detail during the stay was taken care of to the extreme 1V1, reflecting the "professional", "luxury" and "meticulous" that a C7-level hotel should have. I think it is the ceiling of the service industry in the luxury hotel industry in Beijing. It is highly recommended and worth staying~

On the last day in Beijing, I wanted to go to Pop Mart Park, so I stayed at Bulgari nearby. It is a traditional luxury hotel with a full sense of luxury. The room is fully equipped with butler service and the swimming pool is clean. The most surprising thing is that the only Michelin three-star Xin Rong Ji is just opposite the left turn. It is so convenient. If I forgot to bring the red wine, I could just go back to the hotel to get it. Two luggage tags were also given when I checked out. It was a good experience.
