Capital One hotel is a five star hotel with all the amenities you might want or need. The location is within walking distance to Tianamen and The forbidden City. Chongwenmen subway station is less than 500 meters. The staff was super helpful Note: 我的中文不好😂）。 Already looking forward to another trip.

Location is good, walking distance to forbidden palace. Hotel is a bit old but well maintained. Room is spacious and clean.

Old hotel with aged facilities.hot water and pressure is so bad for shower and water drainage blocked. Not English spoken receptionist at all!

The room furniture is outdated and the chairs are not looking clean. Otherwise, all things considered, it's not a bad choice if you like the convenient location to major attractions.

It was wonderful hotel and they help a lot. They can speak English. Happy to stay here. We didn’t have breakfast at hotel so I dont know about breakfast.

Upon the completion of the Hotel Exterior Upgrading in May, 2018, Capital Hotel features landscaped gardens with traditional Chinese cultural ingredients including exquisite bridges, waterfalls and pavilions in the city center. The total green area reaches more than 5000㎡, not only brings diverse delights with elegant environment but also makes the guests stay more convenient.
