Maybe he was not there at the time. I pulled a car to unload the luggage by myself. I was sweating profusely. But because my mother has poor legs and feet, the concierge lent us a wheelchair. I still have to thank them very much. They also arranged a lake view room for us, so I was very satisfied overall. The swimming pool and children's playground are not big, but they are very clean and new. The room has a little smell, but it doesn't affect me if I stay for one or two nights. The main environment is very good. It is especially suitable for taking children out and taking care of the elderly. I will choose this place again on vacation. PS: It takes a little more than an hour to get to the Beijing-Chengde Expressway from the East Fourth Ring Road. It is very easy to walk on the mountainous road. The overall construction of Huairou has been very good in recent years. The environmental sanitation and road facilities are remarkable. I personally feel that this is the best district in the suburbs and is worth a careful visit.

The restaurant was spacious and had many seats. The waiters removed the dishes in time and responded to requests. The Chinese restaurant served dishes a little slowly, but the taste was great. The water temperature of the swimming pool was 29℃ and 30℃, and there was also a small bubble pool at 35℃. The sofas for rest were advanced and comfortable, the dressing room was clean, and there were many showers. The hotel's courtyard landscape design is great, and guests can enjoy a relaxing vacation in the hotel. The hotel's newly opened sky mirror is very good for taking silhouette reflections under the afterglow of the sunset. I spent three days and two nights with the elderly on a leisure vacation, and the experience was very good. I will recommend it to my friends.

However, as a resort hotel, the swimming pool and children's hot spring pool are too small. Activities: Maybe there are not enough people on holidays, and the hotel's holiday ambassador series of activities is a bit watered down. There are many families with children staying during the Mid-Autumn Festival, but the children's activities are basically performances, and they will not arrange handicraft classes like other hotels. The number of trains in the hotel is also small. The staff of the children's playground is really good, but it is obvious that one staff member is not enough to take into account registration and maintain order. Meals: Ctrip's package is about letting you go through everything in a hotel. The packages are all vegetarian. If you want to eat meat, order some roast meat. The buffet restaurant tastes average and everyone is busy. You can't find the waiter at a glance. Who is smart to think of providing iced Americano for breakfast? It's so relaxing to be able to drink iced Americano in the long coffee machine line. Afternoon tea and snacks must be reserved in advance. The food is so-so, and the scenery is very beautiful.

I didn't take the initiative to inform the restaurant and the gym location, etc., and I said one thing after another... It was very squeezed. At first, I asked if I had booked two rooms. I said one, and then asked if it was two nights. I said one night... I felt very unprofessional from the beginning of check-in. The room service phone is very friendly, and the delivery speed of the items is also very fast. Overall, I am quite satisfied, the facilities are OK, basically zero service, and it would be better if the service staff's business ability is improved.
