I came to Beijing for business and stayed at Qiuguo Hotel for the second time. The environment is good, the yard is large and you can park. The service staff in the hotel lobby are warm and thoughtful. Any needs and problems will be solved in time. They also upgraded me to the Sky City room for free. There is a balcony, tatami-style seats in the room, and the sun can shine in, which is very comfortable. The bedroom is on the second floor, with a transparent glass design, which feels very cool. The room is fully equipped, and there are various beverage gifts. The cleaning aunt is also very good, and whatever you need will be met in time. The breakfast is also OK, and the types will be updated every day. Overall, I am very satisfied and will choose this place again when I go to Beijing in the future.

Room is the largest room near 301. The decoration style is more like an All Seasons Hotel. Including aromatherapy in the hallways. There are some restaurants around and it is very convenient to eat. It is separated from 301 by a wall and is used for patients to recuperate after being discharged from the hospital. very satisfied. There is also a sunken square nearby which is very prosperous and can be used for dining and entertainment.

This hotel is already the first choice for business trips in Beijing. It has a superior geographical location, good environment and hygiene, attentive service, delicious breakfast, and the price offered by Ctrip is very cost-effective.

If I did not know better, I would suggest there is a scam going on at this hotel . . . . I booked a room with Lake View, High Floor (11 - 26), 32m² size - Upon checking in to the hotel, I was told that my requested room type was not available but as compensation, they had upgraded me - Good news 👍 I go to the upgraded room - Low floor, city view, small room - Certainly not an upgrade! I immediately went to reception and expressed my concerns about this room upgrade and was advised that all of sudden, without expectation, my requested room type was now available - Amazing! The hotel is very ostentatious, but it is really just for show and has little substance behind it, as it is a shambles - The room quality is poor for a hotel with such grand ideals - Poorly maintained, worn and regarding some of the technology, outdated, The worst was breakfast - Absolute carnage as there was no organisation or control of breakfast diners by the staff - They allowed customers into the dining room even when there was no space for them, and this results in people wandering around with food looking for somewhere to sit. Tables were not cleared promptly, food serving areas were not tidied or cleared promptly either - To make it worse, parents allowed there children to 'play' with the coffee machines, which meant that customers had to wait - Again, staff did nothing to prevent the children playing. If you intend to stay at this hotel my recommendations are - 1. Make sure you get the room you have booked and pay for 2. Inspect the room before accepting 3. Go to breakfast either early or late to avoid the carnage Location is just OK - Nothing within walking distance, but a short taxi ride away There are many, many better quality and better value places to stay in Beijing than this hotel . . . . .

I booked a non-smoking family room (2 bedrooms). The room is clean and there is no smoking smell, there is also a purifier and a fan in the room. The amenities in the bathroom are very nice, the maid did the room everyday with 4 water bottles per day. The worst thing was the smoking in the corridor/hallway/elevator, although there are the signs of prohibition. The breakfast was 7.00-9.00 am. and no water !!! no glass/cup, no coffee or tea. *** !!! I saw Chinese people use a bowl for drinking milk, it was a very amazing experience, once in my lifetime. 😑 Therefore, I recommend booking a non-smoking room without breakfast because their location is very good. Anyway, if you have other choices, you should not select this hotel. สำหรับคนไทยค่ะ อยากบอกว่าที่นี่ไม่เหมาะสำหรับคนแพ้กลิ่นบุหรี่ เพราะต้องฝ่าดงควันบุหรี่ภายในโรงแรมก่อนถึงห้องค่ะ แม้ในห้องจะสะอาดดี ไม่มีกลิ่น แต่มันก็ทำให้เราแย่ได้เหมือนกัน แถมอาหารเข้าคือแทบจะเป็นมังสวิรัติ โปรตีนที่มีคือไข่กับเต้าหู้ จะบ้าตาย ไม่คุ้มค่าอย่างแรง เทียบกับโรงแรมที่ไทยในราคา/ระดับเดียวกันไม่ได้เลย แบบเลยยยยยยยยย ข้อดีของโรงแรมคือ ทำเลดี ห้องดี แม่บ้านดี จบค่ะ (ลูกสาวชอบห้องมาก มีเต้นท์ มีตุ๊กตา ตรงปกในรูปอยู่ค่ะ) การเดินทาง: สถานีรถไฟ Beijing west railway station ให้ออกทางป้าย south square นะคะ ละมันจะมีแยกอีก 2 ทาง ออกทางไหนก็ได้ตามสะดวก มีบันไดเลื่อนค่ะ ออกมาปุ้บ ให้หันหน้าเข้าตึกสถานีรถไฟ หันหลังให้ south square ที่มีรูปปั้นแดงๆ (เรียกอะไรไม่รู้แหละ) โรงแรมอยู่ขวามือ หรือก็คือ ถ้าเห็น McDonald's และ KFC หันหน้าเข้าร้าน โรงแรมอยู่ซ้ายมือ ข้างๆ โรงแรมเป็นร้านขายขนมชื่อดัง เต้าเซียงชุน ที่อร่อยมั้ยน่าจะแล้วแต่ลิ้นคน ลองซื้อกินดูนะคะ

We enjoyed our stay, check-in process was smooth. We choose this hotel because it was near to Beijing west railway station as we got a train to catch to Xi’an. It was walking distance and also we found McDonalds was near to it. We stayed here as it was affordable and comes with Bfast. Housekeeping lady was helpful & friendly. We are so happy with her and tip her before we check out. Please tip your chambermaid ok, if you think they did well.

The front desk will greet us with a smile (I really like the fat girl who works the night shift on the 20th or 21st). If we have any questions, we can respond in time and try our best to meet our requirements. The room is also very large. Accommodation in Beijing is expensive, but this hotel is very cost-effective.
