Vers good location, but be careful when booking the room which is the cheapest they have a window. But those windows aren’t really leading to the outside. But nether less great view from the rooftop and like I said this hotel has an excellent location.

I really enjoyed my room. However, the room is a bit dim, when I needed the extra light.
Location wise, its quite near the subway station. Also, you are near multiple
Shopping centers and many food areas. You do not have to worry about being hungry/thirsty around this area.

A truly excellent 5-star hotel (if not better) in a great location with wonderful staff in and around the premise!
Of special mention is the Front Office Manager, Mr Su Yan, who quickly and tirelessly helped salvage an issue with a friend who was initially part of the booking for the Twin-room. As this friend had submitted his passport to an embassy for a visa, he couldn't check in with me. As a result, a request was made for a double bed for single occupancy which was promptly met without incurring further charges.
All staff, from the front office to housekeeping, maintained their courteous smiles and greetings throughout my 4 nights/5 days stay. This included even those at the restaurant for breakfast, who were quick to usher their guests to their tables, and to promptly serve the desired beverage.
Breakfast was sumptuous with a good variety of choices from Western to Chinese, and even Japanese.
My room was always cleaned as soon as I left for breakfast and this made it pleasant to return to the room, to plan the outings for the day.
The subway, which was within walking distance helped with getting around Beijing without the hassle of being caught up in the horrific traffic which seems to be a common feature of this city.
This was truly a spendid trip staying at this gem of a hotel that I had even contemplated extending my stay for another 2 nights. However, duty beckoned me to check out to return to work.
I look forward to returning to this hotel once more should the opportunity present itself and I'm hoping that it'll be sooner too!

Air-conditioning is the first reason we picked this hotel! We heard and read a lot of reviews mentioning that many hotels in Beijing and Shanghai haven't normally operated the cooling air-conditioning at night (or maybe during the daytime as well) even some day it's over 25c. (Only fan provided upon request at some hotel.) Another reason is that the hotel just did the big renovation, so guestrooms with bigger room size and without carpet couldn't be better! :D However, the room we got upgraded is a Deluxe room on the 1st floor where is connected to hotel lobby, guest toilet, and main entrance for all guests to pass by. Also, it's connected to an outdoor garden including smoking area. Even the request for a non-smoking room placed but couldn't help at this stage.
Location: 4.5 (3-5mins from Ciqikou station cross the street or 5-8mins to Chongwenmen station) *For main entrance, pls notice the building wrapped with orange sticker.
Room: 4.5 (Spacious, smart room with new modern design, great water pressure)
Cleanliness: 5
Amenities: 4 (4 bottles of drinking water daily, tea & coffee plus small biscuits. No toothbrush, shower cap, comb, shaving kit)
Buffet Breakfast: 4.5 (Cover all basic lines; Chinese, small Western corner (with no choice for egg)
Staff: 3.85 (Some tried to help out but some not. We checked-in pretty late ard 6pm but said the room wasn't ready. That could probably be the reason why we got the room upgraded. Google translation app needed)
Surrounding: 3.5 (a bakery shop in front of the hotel, some of chain restaurants/bakery shops in a building opposite the hotel. A few big dept stores, restaurants, coffee shops can be found around Chongwenmen station)

This was my second stay in a month at Baifuyi. The first time was two weeks ago, I took a domestic flight from this hotel to Daxing airport. This time I returned to Beijing from Daxing airport and took an international flight at the capital airport. In short, it is close to both airports in Beijing. It's also close to the city center. I got off the plane just over 2pm and took the subway to the hotel just over 4pm.
In the evening, when the traffic is busiest, take a ride to Houhai to have dinner and a night out. The taxi fare is only over 30 yuan a trip, indicating that the road is not far. Back to the hotel at night is by subway. 🚇 On the way we went to the Ginza Mall to buy some fruit 🍎 and drink. it was less than ten o'clock we were back to the hotel. It's as if in this hotel, after getting off the plane, you can enjoy the beauty of Beijing immediately.
And this time because we have one more person, five of us. We got an apartment suite. The two-bedroom, three-bathroom suite is newly renovated, well equipped and very clean. There is a large two-door fridge, a fully automatic washing machine, and a microwave and gas oven. There is more than 100 square meters of space for five of us, more than enough.
It was originally planned for five people to book two hotel rooms. Now it is more affordable and convenient to book a suite.
👍 The rooms all have balconies and large glass flooring, so you don't have to go outside and see the beautiful scenery of Beijing.
The excellence of the customer service was also one of the reasons we chose to come back. Jack Fan at the front desk, very aware of the fatigue of the travelers, he quickly completed the check in, so that we can easily get on board.
Whether I'm in China or abroad, I prefer to book a hotel rather than a bed and breakfast when I travel. Although the hotel is more expensive, there are strict government regulations on fire prevention, burglary and hygiene. Stay at peace of mind in a hotel. I don't think B & B will tell you about the floor plans and escape routes. But it is a must for all star-rated hotels. The advantages of a bed and breakfast are spacious and convenient. At Baifuyi in Beijing, we enjoyed the delicate luxury of the star-rated hotels and the spacious and relaxing nature of the B & B.

The rooms at Citigo Sanlitun Bridge Hotel are not large, but the space is utilized to the fullest, making it quite sufficient for two people. The hotel's location is very convenient, being close to the subway and the Beijing Airport Express line. There is also a Phoenix Mall nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel offers free late-night snacks from 10 to 11 PM, which is great. Toiletries can be obtained from the front desk, but razors are not provided.
Overall, the experience was very good, and it offers great value for money. I will definitely come again next time.

JjtravelsService was excellent from checking in to checking out. They are very helpful and English communication is not a problem. The rooms are very clean, good shower, and comfortable bed. The breakfast (48rmb) is also delicious. Free gym and self washing area with dryer. The only downside is that it is a 15mins walk to the nearest subway and not much to do or see in the area. It is value for money!
DDDTOTOHotel hygiene is average
There is an obvious cloud of black dust underground
There is rust on the bottom of the toilet seat
This is not just a matter of daily cleaning
It's probably old and needs to be cleaned thoroughly.
But
Service is very good
Feel free to grab water from the counter
Leave the items to be washed at the counter
Help you put in the washing machine and dryer in the early morning
No need to wait at the airport
Just go to the washing machine and pick it up the next morning.
Also cleaned every day
Fold the clothes I randomly put away😨
So considerate
The location is close to Hop Seng𠥔
Very convenient
The price is so cheap
A few cleaning issues
I think staying for 2 days is not a big problem.
PPan LexinI had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Beijing. The hotel is beautifully designed, blending modern elegance with traditional touches. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
The staff (great thanks to Tiffany, Cindy, Wendy, Judy, Lynn, Etta) were exceptional—always friendly and ready to help, making my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend Pan Pacific Beijing for a luxurious stay in the city.
OOliver BenThe room was a little bit small, but it was clean and the service was decent. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the nearest subway station making it fairly easy to get around. My room was on the ground floor next to the kitchen so it was noisy early in the morning when they were preparing breakfast, apart from that it was a good stay.
PphottigimathThe service was really good. We enjoyed the stay. The staff was very friendly. It is very near to the railway station, so it was really convenient. I should really appreciate the cleanliness, the rooms and the bathrooms were extremely clean. It was an amazing stay. All the staff did a really great job. Extremely happy.
PS: the receptionist was very handsome. So extra happy😁
TTinaMI was only here for 3 nights, but had an extremely comfortable stay. The rooms are large and very well equipped - there is a fridge, microwave, kettle and a really good washer/dryer, which was such a blessing for me after a month of traveling. This is essentially a serviced apartment, but they also have a lovely lounge/kitchen in the basement, with a coffee machine that I may have used a little too much 🤣 It was good coffee and I was really glad for it at the start of a busy day. Their housekeeping staff is lovely as well, as is their security/doorman with the kindest smile. The reception staff went above and beyond to help me with my many queries. I had some delayed deliveries arrive at the hotel after I checked out, unfortunately, and although I'm sure my many requests may have been rather irritating as my friend in Beijing attempted to reroute/collect the late deliveries from the hotel, never once did the hotel staff convey a hint of frustration to me. They were so kind and gracious throughout, and I am genuinely grateful for that.
The hotel's location is an absolute chef's kiss 🤌 There are 2 major subway stations at equal distance from the hotel, and you can pick the station based on which line you need. The hotel is located by the hutongs west of Dongsi, right at the end of the LongfuSi complex, which is essentially a long line of fantastic pubs, cafes, restaurants, and also functions as a community/park of sorts, so you will see lots of families and people walking their dogs in the evenings - I'm not quite sure how to describe it, but it's a very uniquely ”Beijing” experience, not one you would experience out on the busy main roads. One of my favourite things was just walking back from the subway station and getting to immerse myself in this environment before arriving at Base. Also, I read some reviews saying it is inaccessible for taxis - this is not true, as there is a wide enough road for cars; your DiDi driver just won't be able to wait for you as there is no parking on the main street, so you'll need to be waiting for them outside. It was very convenient for my driver to pick me up when I checked out.
Thank you to the courteous reception staff for putting up with all my queries and shenanigans! I'm genuinely grateful and hope to be back again very soon (hopefully next time with fewer questions, but no promises!)
AAnik Mahmud ShishirStaying 5 nights in this hotel, YTS-hotel(Qianmen Street). To be frankly hotel located and overall staying is this hotel was excellent. Cleanliness and staff were very friendly. It will be unjustice if I should not mention one name that's ”Yang Xin,” a pure heart lady.
She helped me a lot. It's starting with booking, tour, hire care, sim card, information etc. This lady was an extremely helpful and true example for the hotel management team. I had a problem with the phone SIM card, and she solved it so nicely.
Definitely, YTS-hotel will be my first choice if I'll come to Beijing again. Thanks, team YTS.

AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at this hotel with my family and it was an absolute delight! This place is a haven for families seeking comfort and convenience. The room was incredibly spacious, allowing us to move around comfortably. My son was over the moon with the bathtub – it was a definite highlight of his stay!
One standout feature was the presence of two bathrooms, which proved to be a game-changer in terms of convenience. No more morning rush hour! I must give a special shout-out to the desk guy, Leo, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. His excellent service truly made a difference.
The location is also a major plus – surrounded by numerous restaurants, we were spoiled for choice when it came to dining options. It's a huge relief not having to venture far for a delicious meal.
All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided us with a fantastic family experience. We'll definitely be returning on our next visit!
