Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek is a cut above. The service here is always great. The rooms are stylish and comfortable. The location right next to the village and/or mountain views are spectacular. The hotel has a nice restaurant and the village has lots of options too. The skiing here in the winter is ideal with ski and boot valets. This place can't be beat.
Response from Property: Hello Steve C, Thank you for your recent visit to Park Hyatt Beaver Creek. Happy you enjoyed our beautiful rooms, great location and wonderful service from our amazing team. It was our pleasure to welcome you. We hope to see you again soon. Warm regards, Rebecca Guest Experience

Very nice staff, clean rooms, excellent service. We would go back again and you cannot beat the ski in and ski out luxury. The spa was serene and the staff there was kind. The restaurant was good for breakfast but limited vegetarian dishes but you can make do.

Breakfast buffet is the best!! Fresh squeezed juices and many healthy options. The location is sublime. Great views of the mountains and easy access to Vail. The staff is very friendly and helpful and diverse. Food is very good too! Best place to spend Christmas.

I was kicked out of the hotel on Christmas morning because of a reservation error made by Hyatt. They admitted they made a mistake. I also had proof with my documents. There were no managers on duty so the reservation desk clerk said at the hotel. They were indecisive and would not solve the problem. The desk clerk said they were wrong and did not want to force me to leave. However they had another family that was coming in. He did not know what to do. My Christmas was already ruined for my family so I decided I did not want the other family to have a stressful time. I called the Ritz Carlton and they got me right in immediately. It was a fabulous hotel at every level.

This was my family’s first time visiting Colorado and staying at the PH BC. We came the weekend before Christmas which was expectantly a busy season. Check-in: For the cost to stay during the holiday season, I was expecting more of grandeur welcome upon arrival but it was very general and the placement of the check-in desk was very odd. Nonetheless, the front desk staff were friendly and attentive. We had 1 hiccup with our room where the key would not work. Took about 30 minutes to resolve but once situated, everything was fine. Room: We are a family of 3 and booked a suite (Jack Scott) that met our needs. Very spacious and comfortable for everyone. There wasn’t a lot of details online about layout but it’s 1 king bed in a separate bedroom, the living area hosts a queen sleeper sofa with dining table, 2 bathrooms and separate kitchen nook. Would’ve been nice if there were instructions for the fireplace. It was a beautiful aesthetic but didn’t actually work (or we couldn’t figure it out). I also wasn’t crazy about the balcony view which faced the front of the hotel. Would’ve preferred a slope side but wasn’t a deal breaker since we weren’t in the room a lot. Property/Food: The property boasted a lot of activities for guests to partake in so everyone had something to do. My family really enjoyed the fireside S’mores moment which provided some nostalgia. The convenience of other surrounding events also made this a great option. My only real complaint were the kids running rouge up and down the hallway … all … night! The hotel is aware bc there are signs in the hallways about noise after 7p but it’s definitely not enforced. Would probably be a good idea to implement family floors for guests traveling with kids to combat that. That said, would stay here again if visiting back in the area due to the convenience of everything.

We have been coming here for 9 years in a row. Each and every time is consistent and the service is second to none especially in the outlets. I’d like to give a shout out to the following people for always making our stay awesome. Mauricio: The legend from 8100….we always request his section. We look forward to seeing him every year. Very attentive, fast and goes above and beyond always. Courtney: when sitting in the lounge we always try and sit in her section. She is a top notch server. As a Restauranteur, she is what we all want as a server. She has her “head on a swivel” and has your drink/food ready before you can look up. Always friendly and great to see her every time. Wendy: She’s is amazing and always great with our family. Every year we look forward to seeing her. Another person who you can tell loves her job and is great at it. You’re lucky to have her! Josh: Great under pressure even during the really busy times. He was great recommending different drinks for us and the cocktails were awesome. Go KC Football. We will be back in Spring! Until next time, “Bougie Creek”. Thank you Park Hyatt!

There are better options. It honestly was not great. Gym is fantastic with two tonals, pelaton etc. but the rooms were dates and the staff was miserable. For points or dollars it was over priced. I get you looks for the location that is great but…

We went a week before Christmas where it was not that crowded. The ski valet is just magical, you just pickup/drop-off your ski steps away from the beginner gondola. Hotel location is central too -- well connected to the village. Of course, the price (for everything) is kinda crazy, especially during peak ski season. Is it great value for the money? Guess it depends. Is it a great vacation? definitely

Hotel is showing its age. Rooms were outdated and felt like a Holiday Inn. Standing in a bath tub to shower with water that barely trickles out and then both vents were broken so rooms stayed hot! 1800 restaurant has lost its appeal! Food about average but for the cost totally not worth it! We had two rooms and had the same experience in both Very disappointing

Unique review as a lot of right and few things wrong. First the week before Christmas was chancy (due to snow fall) but what a great week to go and the luck of the snow gods was with us…The really good is the location, ski in ski out cannot be beat. The ski rental is on site which was great and they deliver your equipment to the the Hyatt’s ski valet… The ski valet service was first class and a game changer, they keep your equipment and it is effortless to get out and go ski. Lifts and ski school are all right there… A+. The hotel staff was great and early in the season everyone is all smiles. The not so great was we were a group of adults , the hotel is “kid central. Clearly Hyatt has gone after the family (which is great) but, as an example, this was the first time I have ever enjoyed an adult beverage and next to me were several little ones coloring in the bar… Just be prepared so you are not surprised. I am by no means anti kids, but sometimes it is nice to just be an adult… Mornings were tough as kids running the halls at 7 a.m. was not the most fun… I think adult areas may not be a bad idea for Hyatt to consider… The biggest let down was the quality of the food… It was average at best. The breakfast buffet is good (pricey at $47 per person but noting in BC is inexpensive) but dinner and bar food for lunch was below average. The bar food was plain and simple trying to be too clever and it failed… What I mean is a flatbread was exotic cheese verse normal, weird garnishes, instead of something as simple as a margarita flatbread… Dinner was equally as unsatisfying with a fillet that tasted more like it came from a chain restaurant, poorly prepared and almost flavorless and from a park Hyatt. At the price point asked for, you should expect better and it was not… We discovered a few places close by that were great to eat at so if location and ski valet and rental are your priority , this is your place… if food quality is important, not so much.

The resort is a good option for ski, the service is ok in general, the food in general is not at the level for a 5 star resort, next time we will have dinner outside. Rooms and lobby services are good. location is amazing, for ski is a very good option, they need to improve the food in every restaurant.
Response from Property: Hello A745EEnickb, Thank you for sharing your experience of our Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa. I am happy to see you liked our location. I am sorry the food and staff did not live up to your expectations. I hope you can stay with us again for a much better stay. Best Regards, John

Nothing except breakfast charges and parking charges. Even my 11 years old boy only eat one piece of bacon and one piece of bread, they still charge for full price which was $25. They should let guest know they will force us to pay the parking fee for $60/day, because they don't provide self parking.

We arrived later in the evening (8:30pm) after a full day only to find out that the hotel and every restaurant in town was no longer serving food. We were forced to buy overpriced below average quality sandwiches at the hotel store. Then for the next three days the hotel was under construction, including the room next to ours, so we were unable to be in the room during the day due to the noise. As far as the staff goes, they were amazing and very kind and helpful. It was the Hotel corporation that was the real issue.
Response from Property: Dear David B, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the troubles you faced during your stay. The resort was amazing and all the staff were so attentive and kind. The Exhale Spa is not to be missed. Truly excellent service in a lovely setting. So thrilled and enjoyed the spa so much, that I even went back to enjoy the mineral baths again on the same day!
Response from Property: Greetings, Companion572362! Thank you for your stellar review! We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the Exhale Spa. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we look forward to welcoming you back soon! Best Regards, James
