Checked in on time.
Had a nice pulled lamb burger at Hard Rock Cafe - it was so good.
Room and balcony spacious enough and comfortable pillow/bed.
Buffet breakfast was busy as the hotel had lots of families spending the weekend there. Food spread was decent.

The hotel room and bed were clean and comfortable. Crews were always friendly and helpful. If you want to stay near the beach, Batu Ferringhi, Hard Rock Hotel is a good choice. Suitable for couples and family with kids as well.

Breakfast and evening cocktails selection has becoming less compared to years ago. Bed and pillow is not that comfy. However our overall stay is excellent. Kid loves the slide at the pool.

It was my first time in Penang with my daughter and it was a great experience with Hard Rock Hotel. Their amazing foods especially the breakfast spread and comfy rooms makes our stay unforgettable.
