Unacceptable service. We had a reservation for 01/11/2024, due to the floods that occurred in the country and as we were in a neighboring city of the affected one, it was impossible for us to go to Barcelona as the railway network had been cut and there was no other transport available. In communication the day before with some of the staff we had informed about the difficulty of the situation and the reason for cancellation was not because we did not want the room. The next day even Booking had contacted them to cancel and refund us the amount due to the situation prevailing in the whole country but they did not accept it and in an email they accused us of lying while in a previous conversation on 18/ 10/2024 we had informed them that we did not know our arrival time because we would be in the other city where we had mentioned the exact name so they knew it. As there is no humanity and understanding of the tragic situation prevailing in their own country, we are sorry but we will not prefer the hotel again nor recommend it.

A chic,comfortable hotel,close to La Rambla and of course the port,clean,friendly staff who responded to any request immediately.When we return to Barcelona again,we will definitely choose this hotel again

Slept in this hotel last week. Reception was fine and the lady at the reception was nice. However, the rooms were a disaster. We had the worst night ever due to 6 cockroaches coming out in the night and walking through our room. Really, really dirty. After reporting to the reception, there would be a consultation with the manager, but we never heard anything from them. BAD SERVICE. Unbelievable (SHOCKING) that this kind of vermin is walking around in new-build hotels in 2023. DISGUSTING!

We have been to this hotel, which has several notable features - Fantastic facilities: comfort, lighting, air conditioning, friendliness of the staff - There is no reception outside of business hours from 10:00 to 18:00 - There is no elevator. Luckily it is a first floor - A good view in the rooms facing the sea

very bad experience, rude staff and very unpleasant smell in the stairs to reach the hotel. reception small and not present if you need help. very expensive for the experience you have, not recommended. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE BACK!!

Friendly and helpful staff, great location! They allowed us to keep our bags before checking in, timely communications with all our requests. New and clean rooms. The toilet kit (soap and shower gel) needs to be improved

Chambre identique à la photo et très propre , hyper bien placée mais en fait trop ! car front de port et juste au-dessus des resto..le bruit la nuit est très gênant. Ducoup a revenir je prendrais des bouchons d oreilles .. Parceque c est vraiement super mais ça reste une chambre .. pour dormir aussi!
