The room is much better than how it looks in the photos provided by the hotel. It's quite small but clean and tidy. The best thing about this hotel is that the location is prefect, very close to metro station and the beach. Overall, I would say the whole stay is a great deal.

The facilities are clean, the staff are all pleasant, there are restaurants and cafes nearby, it is easy to get to the center of Barcelona by bus or metro.

Go somewhere else! You waste your money in there! We had a room next to the reception, so small and we couldn’t sleep at all as we could hear EVERYTHING from the reception as it was 1 metre from our room. We asked 4 time (at 1am the first time) to change the room… we needed to complain and eventually they changed the room, no even saying sorry…

Perfectly located: close to Barceloneta and to Via Laietana; a few steps from Barceloneta metro. Clean and silent Hotel. Breakfast at Hotel Santa Marta is delicious. We had a perfect stay at Hotel Lyon and hope to come back soon.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. I don't even understand how we can offer this type of service. The rooms overlook the reception, incessant noise until 2 a.m. with customers arriving, doors slamming constantly and the noise of the old elevator with metal doors. Not to mention the walls are so thin that you can hear everything from the neighbors (people talking, the television). It is simply impossible to sleep in this establishment. The rooms are microscopic, you can barely turn. The noise is constant, if you want to rest at night here it is impossible. We hesitated for a long time to shorten our stay knowing that we had booked 3 nights. Finally we asked to change rooms to get away from reception, and we got a room with 2 separate beds and even smaller than the first. We had to buy earplugs to be able to sleep at least. We do not recommend this hotel unless noise is not a problem for you. The only positive point is its geographical location.

Ottima posizione strategica, a due passi dal centro storico ,,con fermata della metro Berceloneta praticamente accanto . Camera piccola , ma dotata di tutti i comfort, unica pecca del bagno e’ la vasca (sarebbe meglio la doccia) ma ottima pulizia. Molto buona anche la colazione , servita all’hotel di fianco , ricca di dolci e salato. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo dati i costi degli hotel a Barcellona.

Comment peut on appelé ça un « HÔTEL » . Déjà faut trouver l’hôtel, car l’entrée est loin d’être une entrée d’hôtel. Le groupe a racheté un étage d’un vieux immeuble. Odeur de renfermé quand on vous ouvre la porte principale, Situé au 3 eme étage avec un ascenseur à l’ancienne porte plus grille coulissante où vous ne pouvez pas rentrer avec vos bagages tellement il est petit. Chambres extrêmement petites et pas très propres, heureusement climatisée, baignoire pour se doucher, petit déjeuner dans un autre hôtel , parking voiture 25e / jour et si vous voulez revenir à votre votre il vous faut aller à l’hôtel du petit déjeuner pour demander la clef du parking qu’il vous ramener de suite. Vraiment honteux de proposer de telles prestations à ces prix la ! A éviter
