From the moment I walked in, this felt like the best hotel for my first time in Barcelona. Marina checked me in and offered an upgrade to my room. She then showed me the local map, and explained all of the different areas for tourists, the best local food spots, and also the best way to get around the area. The room itself was quiet, clean and modern. The housekeeping team kept the room fresh and fully stocked every single day. Sometimes I felt like they even cleaned the room twice per day! I felt that my belongings were safe in the room as well. I’d definitely stay here again!

Very clean; very good breacfast; kind stuff; perfect location, near to everything! We had a room with balcony on the back side which was very quite. We're comming again!😊

We didn’t stay long, as there was a fire alarm raised we had to leave the room quickly and to gather at the reception, We where explained what happened and since the electricity was switched off for the night we moved to another hotel. Overall the hotel management handled the incident in a satisfying and professional way.

It is a great hotel, i had a large room with a balcony for sunbathing, everything was perfectly clean and the staff was very helpful and quick.

Great experience, high standard service and good breakfast selection; what is stands out is the helpful staff for city tours and finding good spots; special thank to Sjoerd in front reception. Sjoerd was very helpful in booking the last minute train tickets saving us from being stranded in the train station! Excellent service! We will come back to Vincci hotels anywhere in Europe😊

Wonderful hotel! Great location - conveniently located next to restaurants, shopping and transportation. It does get busy around the area but we expected this being in the city center. Hotel was very clean too! Definitely would recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a location close to everything!

Really good location close to all the main areas in Barcelona. Lovely clean room with balcony which was a bonus. Rooftop bar and pool is an excellent feature. It was so hot on our visit we used it a lot. It’s small but very very handy for a quick cool down dip!! Kids loved it.

Everything’s was perfect. The arrival to the check out. I love our stay
