位置很棒，服務人員很Nice, 酒店環境不錯，唯一的問題是新裝修的，室內油漆味比較大，不過這個問題會隨着時間消失。

緊挨着大教堂，廣場晚上很熱鬧。但是問題很多：1、兩大一小入住，按兩個大人預訂的，重點來了，不能添加床位！必須要再開一間房，主管經理叫出來不聽任何解釋，居然是搶先一通冷冷的強調説明，即使攜程有提示可以加床也回覆看不懂中文情況下英文解釋無用！後面找到攜程客服親自溝通，也不行！且衹有一間閑置屋了，要住趕緊的。
2、四星級酒店，從沒見過的前台冷冰冰，早晚見面無問候，有點歧視華人的感覺。明明見了歐美人都還是很客氣問候的。
3、check out時希望幫忙約出租車，前台小哥答應了後居然消失了！其他人推託要找他。最不可思議的是，前台女經理終於迴應幫忙叫車，讓等候5分鐘，一再催問下後的回覆是酒店門口不能叫車，需要走出去到路邊自己叫車！為什麼不早説呢？開業這麼長時間了今天才知道門口不能開進車嗎？關鍵是我來的時候是車能開進來的。
這家酒店給我的葡西之旅最後一站留下了深刻的印象。
