An impeccable apartment hotel with complete services and an excellent location. The Sagrada Familia is within easy reach. There is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs. Plus the staff’s enthusiastic service, it is worth recommending and will be our next choice. First choice when visiting Barcelona

We had a most enjoyable 6-night stay at Sensation Authenthic Gracia. This was our second stay at Sensation, previously staying at their Sagrada Familia location 12 years ago. Marta at check in was welcoming, helpful and friendly, allowing us to leave suitcases behind while our apartment was prepared. The hotel is conveniently located in a nice neighborhood, close to shops and supermarkets and a metro station. The apartment was comfortable, well equipped with all necessary amenities and very clean. We would definitely go again.

Great location. 10 minutes from Sagrada and a tube station and the bus route where you can get a bus that takes you all over. Lovely spacious apartment. Nice to have more space than a hotel room. Well equipped kitchen. Balcony from living room could feel a bit noisy but the one from the bedroom was quiet.

A really nice five night stay in Barcelona. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for our family and let the parents stay up while our kid slept. It had everything we needed, such as large refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, dishes, etc. While the fixtures weren't "luxury", they didn't need to be. Think typical Ikea furnished AirBNB. The neighborhood was perfect for our family. Lots of small and big grocery stores. Good food open throughout the day. Far enough from crazy touristy areas but still very accessible via metro or a nice walk. Staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. Checking in at one place and walking 4 blocks to the apartment was easy enough.

Very Clean and well equipped apartment with supermarket across the road and restaurants nearby. Very close to Sagrada familia . Good communication with owners and they kindly left us a note and a bottle of wine as we were celebrating our friends wedding . Rooftop balcony nice Only small issue was that there was no where to store our bags on day of departure and had to pay to for private storage which was an extra cost. Definitely recommend the apartment

The apartment was ideal for a family of 4. Location in Gracia is great. Previous reviews talk about the graffiti and yes, its prevelent but it is throughot Barca. Gracia is a nice neighbourhood and we felt safe. It 10 mins walk fron Sagarda Familia and is surrounded by Cafes, Bars and shops. A walk uphill for 25-30 mins and you can get to Parc Guell. The apartmenr itself was spotless and had everything needed for a short trip. The reception staff were friendly, helpful and tolerated my attempts at speaking Spanish! The only slight downside is I would say the mattreses are typically Spanish, i.e. hard as rock, but matress preference is subjective. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend these apartments.

It was a fantastic place to stay during our time in Barcelona. The place was very clean, easy to find, and also in a very convenient location. The staff was so friendly and easy to communication with during our stay and provided amazing recomendations.

Good rooms. You need to get the key from another building and you need to walk around 3-4 blocks. Kitchen is good and functional with all the things you needed. The place is situated near Sagrada Familia. Overall the experience is good.

Plus: - very clean, modern and well equipped to cook diner - well insulated against noise - very good AC with vents in all rooms - 7 min walking from Joanic and 10 min from Sagrada Familia subway stations - very safe and clean neighborhood - good selection of supermarkets, food stores and restaurants within walking distance - very friendly responsive staff via WhatsApp - collaboration with excellent LUGGit luggage transport service Minus: - no lock on bathroom door - balcony does not seat 4 - smallest bedroom a bit cramped and lackering side tables Despite a few negatives we highly recommend this apartment complex and would definitely consider staying here at next occasion.

Great location, very close to Sagrada Familia and metro stations. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the amenities one could ask for. The service was amazing and the prices were fair. We loved it!

Comfortable stay. Close to main landmark, 10 minutes walk to la Sagrada Familia. Very nice and professional receptionist (Tamara) . Apartment is fully equipped. Yo can cook anything you want like at home. Nice balcony ant tara ce on roof top. I would come back.

Whilst the entrance is a little tatty amongst tagging etc, the lodgings themselves were clean enough. A little tatty and could do with a tidy up. We have a four year old so the balconys were out of bounds, as was the roof top patio, unless with adult supervision. Conveniently located near bus stops, and a little grocery store across the street. We did, however, not appreciate having to check-in almost a kilometre down the hill at the main site, especially as a family of five, tired, with loads of baggage (a month away) and no suitable taxi available for us. Our travel agent knew nothing about it. The lady at reception however was lovely, and did her best to help us.

As for the reception, it is published on all the places that we sell our apartments (Booking, Airbnb, *******, **********, Agoda etc) that the reception is located in a different building a short distance from the apartments. I can only apologise that you travel agent did not inform you of this in advance of your arrival, and you had to then come down to the reception for the checkin. I'm glad that we were able to help resolve everything for you though, and provide you the keys for what was hopefully a great home base for your time exploring Barcelona! Really nice apartment with everything you need for a short stay in Barcelona. All rooms are very clean, the interior is new and very neat. Nice roof top terrace with a beautiful view, perfect for a drink in the evening. The metro is near by, a lot f restaurants as well - perfect location for a city trip. Remember – you have to get the key card at the main reception in Carrer del Rosselló.

Very nice clean and central located apartment. Liked the apartments balconies as well as the roof top terrace and stores near by. Good communication with front desk, very helpful staff. We really appreciated the “bag storing option” on our departure day.

Firstly the communication and service was OUTSTANDING and second to none. Debora was amazingly informative in our initial queries prior to arrival. Upon arrival the team at Sagrada were effective in getting us sorted. We were early and were told to return after 3pm fir our transfer to our apartment at Authentic Gràcia which was nearby but with luggage and children we really didnt want to walk. So came back and a free cab took us to our apartment around the corner. Now upon initial examination we woukdnt have chosen this! Graffiti on the doors is not a welcoming sight so this needs addressing. However as the reviews state the apartment is worth looking past this initial distraction. It's in a very busy bustling area and when you sit outside on the balcony overlooking the main road you release how busy it is. Luckily the double glazed patio door is fantasy and takes away the noise. During our short trip Paula was brilliant in sorting out an issue with my sons Nintendo ds not connecting to the internet!!! Yes I know we are on holiday but if you have a 9 year old and a teenage daughter they NEED internet!!! Thanks Paula!!! The apartment was clean and has most things you need including a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, big screen tv, oven, hob, fridge freezer and most utensils including cutlery. We had an issue where the toilet didnt flush unless you moved the cistern to refill the water to flush it! We told reception via whatsapp to have this looked at for the next guests. The only few issues to look into if possible:- 1)Get few more power points in the kitchen as tr101 only had 2 power points for a toaster, kettle and a microwave. Also the leads to the toaster and kettle were very short so abit of hassle to change them over. 2)Needs a tea mug or coffee mug. 3)A few more dishwasher tablets too(There were loads of washing tablets but only 2 dishwasher tablets( your not going to but these on holiday!) 4) remove graffiti from front The points above are just suggestions

We also thank you for informing us about your toilet problem on the last day and we are pleased to inform you that we were able to fix it on the same day for the next guest.
