The hotel is located strategically , in the middle of the city, near the subway and West Lake. Going to the places of interest is fairly easy from this hotel as the location of the subway/metro is nearby. Walk out of the hotel, turn right, and walk down straight. In less than three minutes, you can see a large shopping centre on your right. Next to Muji is Longxiangqaio, the subway station (Exit D). The direction to West Lake from the hotel is also the same going to the subway station. Instead of turning to the right, just continue walking straight and you can see the lake in less than 5 minutes. Since the hotel is located in the city centre, food options are plentiful with many restaurants, cafes and department stores. The most interesting part of the hotel for me is the rotating restaurant located on the 20th floor, where buffet breakfast is served. If the weather is good this place is good to view the beautiful lake and sunrise. The choice and selection of food here is fantastic ranging from Chinese food and Western food. The hotel is awesome for its facilities. There are a number of restaurants and a gym area. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The consige was very helpful when we enquried for a map of Hangzhou and provided good advice on interesting places to visit. When I checked out of the hotel, the staff also provided a parting gift. I received a massage brush while my friend was given a cute keychain. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located next to Chengzhan Metro Station which is very convenient for us to travel around. The buffet breakfast is very nice. It has variety of choices. The room itself is quite spacious, clean and comfortable. All the staff especially Alan & Zero helped us a lot during our stay. Will definitely come back here again in the future. ❤️

A marvelous experience and I was extremely impressed by the high-quality services this hotel could provide! Location must be 100 full credits, so close to the West Lake Plaza! Very satisfied with the top roof garden views.

The elderly in my family loves this hotel. It looked beautiful to them. The location of this hotel is only 5 minutes waling distance from east side of Xihu (West Lake). The room is spacious. They have 3 single beds room. Cool thing about this hotel is they have wireless charging and their charging spot is universal. Not only China plug.

I had an amazing stay here! The hotel design is very unique and feels otherworldly. The room itself is so comfortable I wished I could extend my stay. Super clean, new furniture, big comfi bed and great amenities. There’s a cute coffee bar in the lobby that serves great lattes. The staff at the service desk helped me a lot, I’m thankful for their kindness 🤍

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was spotless. My daughter spilt water on the bathroom floor and when it was wiped up with tissues,the tissues were clean. The blackout curtains combined with the air conditioner gave me a wonderful nights sleep

The hotel is not a 5 star but maybe 4. It is not well maintained it has a potential of being 5 star. It needs to be cleaned outside and change the carpets. The chef was great the food was good and stuff very friendly. Yvonne was very nice and helpful. The chef could speak English and very accommodative he is the best. The room service lady was so sweet. Just change the carpet and clean the hotel surrounding . The bar downstairs was great and the gym is ohk. Nice play area for kids

I have a really pleasant stay in Azure Qiantang. Everything is perfect here. From the food, view, service, the best! Definitely will come back again when in Hangzhou. Thanks to Tom Tang, Edward, Anderson, Molly, Conny Xu for help me with everything i need. From book a taxi and give me the information about Hangzhou. They’re very helpful and i’m amazed with their kindness. Actually everyone here is amazing but i didn’t remember all the name. Very satisfied to stay here for 4 nights. I had a great weekend here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel is beautiful and so very clean and they had actually western breakfast which was great. I would high recommend.
