The staff of many big-name hotels have the feeling of smiling but not smiling, but this hotel at least looks happy. The parking lot is a large ground parking lot, and parking is free. The location and room types are also good. There is Baodingyan to the north and Wanda to the south. There is a 24-hour supermarket downstairs. The room has two bathrooms and is a suite. The only thing that does not match the five stars is the breakfast. You can experience it yourself. Generally speaking, the only thing I am satisfied with this time in Baoding is this hotel, especially the staff in the lobby. The service is really good!

The riverway downstairs was renovated and built, and I would bear it without a river view. Construction began at 7:30 on the first day of the small holiday. I was awakened by the noise of the large equipment downstairs or something. I was irritable. I complained to the front desk. I was told that it was because there was a marathon at the end of the month. The river repairs needed to be rushed. It is possible to work overtime during the holiday. Speechless! Going out to go shopping, I went back to the hotel at 3 pm and wanted to rest. As a result, the big horn in the small square of the opposite community sang, and the five stereos were put out together. After the lobby manager asked the uncle to communicate, the music noise was gone. The hotel has emergency earplugs for guests. The next morning of the holiday, construction began at 7 o'clock in the morning, lazy and hopeless! Get up for breakfast and check out! The hotel's 25-story swimming pool is not open, and guests are informed on Trip.com! Since the hotel knows the river construction in front of the building, it should also inform the tenants on the website and inform the obligation! Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple of shopping centers and have drinks. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Baoding!

During the May Day holiday, I decided to travel on short notice. I looked at all the hotels in the center of Baoding and finally decided on this one. It was a pleasant surprise when I arrived. The hotel lobby is very grand, and the roast duck in Xingfu Li next to it is also good. We went there too late and didn't get to eat the roast duck... The hotel has free parking, which is very friendly to car owners. The new Chinese-style room is very unique, and the washbasin, toilet and bathroom are separated, so they don't disturb each other. The service lady on the first floor was very kind and poured hot water for us. In short, the experience was very good. I will stay here again next time I go to Baoding!

The hotel is great. It's just a little far from downtown. I don't know Baoding, so it was too far from the city centre for me. The room was very nice. Clean and comfortable. No English available, but that was no surprise. The staff were very friendly though. They helped as much as they could given the language difficulties. A very nice hotel overall. I didn't get the chance to check the hotel facilities, but my room was great. If you are travelling, most places close reasonably early. So if you are looking for something to eat later than 8 o'clock, it will be a mission. Enjoy your stay.

There are parking spaces at the venue. Maybe the hotel and restaurant share a parking lot. Parking spaces are tight. I went to the front desk before 1 p.m. to ask if I could check in. They said that the wellness twin room we booked was not available and we could check into the king bed room first. If it was not suitable, we could change it and just want to rest first. I don’t care too much. I don’t know if it was downgraded. Anyway, there is no foot bath or treadmill. It is quite quiet and the air conditioning is powerful. It is also a non-smoking room and I gave a small gift. Illy coffee machine. The hotel breakfast is good and rich. The service is also warm. There is also Baoding Library on the first floor. The book is a good experience, right?
