A great place, a successful location, very carefully monitor the purity. Attentive staff, always ready to help. I arrived at 6:00 a.m., earlier than the settlement time and my room was busy. I was given the opportunity to take a shower, a towel, and also offered tea, hot water and a chance to rest on the couch before the room was released. As a result, I was noticed at 10:30 a.m. before the time was due. I am very grateful to the hotel staff.

Het hotel heeft een nieuwe eigenaar en hij doet heel erg zijn best. We hadden een heel ruime kamer met een ongelooflijk mooi uitzicht op de rijstvelden. De badkamer was ook heel ruim met aparte ruimte voor de wasbak. Ook voldoende kasten aanwezig. Er is een restaurant bij het hotel maar het menu is voorlopig nog heel beperkt. De tuin was mooi aangelegd en goed onderhouden.

Good location halfway between the port/train station and the centre of Banyuwangi, however, if you arrive on the ferry like us Grab taxi drivers won't pick up from this area, we had to walk 200-300 metres from the port to meet our driver. Hotel is new, well-designed, very clean, with nice pool, gym, top floor lounge & bar. Room and bed were huge, very comfortable, with views towards Bali, and we enjoyed our two-night stay very much. Staff were charming and professional, we particularly appreciated Moza (I think that was her name, apologies if not correct) who checked us in & out, and also arranged the Ijen Crater tour for us including the medical check with a local doctor. Another young lady at reception also helped us book train tickets for our onward journey to Probolinggo using the tiket app. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of freshly cooked western and asian options, however, food at other times was average such as the salad & pizza in the photographs, and drinks in the lounge bar very expensive. We recommend taking a short taxi ride to the small restaurants on the coast near the fish market where you can get excellent fresh fish grilled for the same price as the hotel pizza, with a better atmosphere and local colour. We would definitely stay here again, an excellent hotel, great value for money including the breakfast, and we also appreciated the filtered water dispensers on every floor that removed the need for plastic bottles in the room - why don't more hotels offer such a simple way of reducing plastic? Highly recommend.

We stayed here for just a few hours before being collected in the middle of the night to climb Ijen. It was good for the price - the beds were comfy, air conditioning worked well and the room was clean. Reception was manned 24 hours a day, so could check out at midnight. We ate at the restaurant on the top floor, which was fine. The menu wasn’t in great English and some of the western options were slightly odd - my carbonara had breaded chicken in, and pastry cheese straws on the top for some reason. The service was also a little slow for food. However it tasted nice, portions were good and it was very well priced.

La struttura è perfetta sotto ogni aspetto, é stato un peccato poterci spendere solo mezza giornata dopo l’alba sull’Ijen. Ideale per un po’ di relax tra le tante attività: Location bellissima e facilmente raggiungibile, pur essendo immersa nella natura. Pasti buoni e abbondanti. Personale professionale e cordiale. Very good hotel for a transit stop as close to the ferry terminal for the Bali crossing. The hotel spread over a large area with cottages dotted around the main hotel building. Breakfast room spread over 2 large rooms with nice selection of hot and cold food. Pretty swimming pool overlooking the Straits. Cannot comment on the dining room experience as a wedding was taken place and service was affected due to this, but plenty of other eateries in the town.

I was really tired after going to bromo, so I decided to take an extra day in ijen and stay in a beautiful hotel to rest my feet! It turned out to be too wise 🌟Time and route The hotel is located in a deep mountain, so it is very difficult to find. No wonder the name is: hidden paradise. It takes four or five hours to drive from the foot of Bromo Mountain to the hotel. After entering the mountain, there are S-shaped roads. You must use Google Maps to navigate. Overall, it is not particularly luxurious, but it gives people a very relaxing feeling and there are not many people. Hotels are basically villas. If it is a standard room, the interior may be average.
