Very standard and nothing special. Hotel was clean, easy to check in and out and adequate for sleeping. Biggest issues is the location is dark from public transport and the city center. Local taxi drivers will be confused why you are staying there because of the distance. Bed is comfortable. Towles are old and rough.

The hotel room is new and huge, amenity is nice. But there is no slippers provided inside the room which is not convenient. Shampoo and shower foam are nice. Air conditioner is by Carrier and cool and nice. Front desk officer is helpful and offers assistance whenever we have questions. There is free “Tuk Tuk” service once in every hour to drive the guests from the hotel to “Saphan Khwai” BTS station which is great and location friendly to Chatuchak weekend market (it takes about 7-8 mins walk after you get off from the Tuk Tuk).

Not that far from BTS. The hotel has shuttle tuktuk service transport to BTS every hour. Smart TV has provided. 👍🏻

Hotel is nice, wasn’t told that the pool and terrace would be closed for refurbishment though. Location is a little out of the way. Rooms are nice and air conditioner was powerful. Staff were kind. Needs more soundproofing - heard lots of Chinese tourists shouting and screaming in the hallways at all hours of the night and early in the mornings disturbing sleep.

This is a newly build hotel with modern design. The deluxe room that I booked is clean and really spacious with a bean bag / chair inside, and ultra wide smart TV. Aircon blowing strong, hot / warm water in shower room functioning well, has bidet, shower gel, body lotion and tooth brush provided (i didnt received shampoo). Additional 180baht pay on the spot for breakfast if u didnt choose room w/ breakfast (buffet type, all HALAL food). The hotel allow u to consume the (all) snacks and drinks at minibar for free for 1st day (1 coke, 1 sprite, 2 chips) and 2 mineral bottle water. Is a good place to rest, because.. - this hotel is faaaaaar from its nearest BTS (Saphan Khwai). Although the hotel provides free tuk2 service, its still quite hard for tourist to book the tuk tuk service back from BTS to hotel because u need to call the hotel (at least 30 mins before - cant call on the spot). From BTS Saphan Khwai to the hotel by tuk2, takes about 10mins. If u choose to take grab motor from BTS to hotel, costs 30baht. - the hotel located at residential area. NO foodcourt nearby! I came back early to the hotel and I cant find place to eat dinner nearby hotel. Only 7/11 n very few street food available after 5 mins walk out from the hotel. - all the pillows provided is too soft until my neck stiff / pain (this is my own preference). My tips for those coming to this hotel from DMK: - take bus A2 from DMK (50baht) - yes there is direct airport bus to its nearest BTS - stop at Saphan Khwai BTS - take taxi / grab from there

Nice room because it’s a new hotel ! But staff need improvement ! Your guys should be happy work there !

all are good, however, 1. Is inside a alley, a bit quite and dark along the road 2. Walls are not sound-proofing, can hear other guests walking along the corridor, opening / closing their door, even can hear what people in the next room is talking

The hotel is clean and quiet. It feels good to hear the chirping of birds when I wake up in the morning. The facilities are relatively new. The only drawback is that the sound insulation effect of the room is relatively average.

The room is clean and spacious. Except for the girl at the front desk who was not too enthusiastic when checking in, the other service staff are very good. The location is inaccessible to public transportation and there is a 7-11 nearby.

My personal experience is that it is a 4-star hotel. I think it is 3-star at most. The front door of the hotel is very beautiful. The new hotel in 2023 looks like it was built in 2013. The swimming pool is very small, a bit like a small swimming pool in a small villa. Entering the room was very average, mainly because the facilities felt very old and dirty because there were many small cockroaches. The bathroom and toilet area were very small. We stayed in a deluxe room with two single beds. There were wheels under the bed and they could be moved. It still moves 😂. The air conditioner makes a lot of noise at night. I don’t know why air conditioners in Thailand are like this or something else. The cleaning of the guest room is also very average. I put 20 tips on the bedside every day. I don’t give new slippers every day. Two bottles of free water are also given to you occasionally. I found a rag with a very strange smell this morning. I guess I forgot to clean up the room yesterday and it smelled like this all night. There are many rooms on the floor that are not soundproofed and there are very long corridors. There is no carpet, so it is very noisy when someone walks. The water flow from the water heater is very small, just like a child peeing. It feels very ordinary. The store is located in an alley, so you need to check the map. I think there is a lot of space for hardware facilities. The service is quite satisfactory and there is nothing wrong with it. Well, I hope my personal experience can be helpful to everyone.

Looks like a new hotel. But I felt that the bathroom looked a little dirty. I don't know if it's because of the mold stains. or black grout Good big screen TV, cool air conditioning, good sleep. When checking out there were many people and it took a long time. When checking in, the staff said that by doing a review, you would get a free minibar. But when checking out, the staff came back to charge money for the minibar. And the minibar Lay snacks have expired.
