good for travel

Nice hotel.

Location is good. Pretty close to terminal 21. The best thing was that they had a waiting room with shower and comfortable sofa. We arrived so early in the morning but the staff allowed us to rest in that room. It was very helpful and nice. Will def stay again!!

Location was well situated between asok and nana station. Getting to the hotel will be hassle free as it was located along the Main Street whereby it was easily seen. Staff were polite and friendly whereby the breakfast was average . Overall is worth staying at this hotel for couples and families due to the interior design of the junior suite

Comfortable bed, good location, friendly staff, breakfast is not too fancy but ok if not too picky about food. Towels can be better.

Was a 3 night stay for my first trip to Thailand. The waiting room is a great option for people like me arriving during the night. The staff were very helpful

It is ok hotel but I think need to be renovated and upgraded. Lights are really dark. Bathrooms are inefficiently layout.

The hotel is centrally and conveniently located near Asok BTS, Sukhumvit MRT and Terminal 21 shopping centre. Room is also spacious. However, I booked a non-smoking junior suite, and was assigned to level 5, which smoking was permitted. As the assigned room was located at the end of the corridor, I have to endure the cigarette smell in the corridor. As such, I had politely asked if I could change to a non-smoking room, but I was told that all non-smoking rooms are fully booked and the response from the lady receptionist was nonchalant and unapologetic. The bell captain overheard the conversation and suggested if he could request the housekeeping staff to spray with air freshener to eliminate the smoke odour in the room, which was very much appreciated. Just wondering why would the hotel even accept my booking for non-smoking room when all were occupied?

Hotel is near asok bts. It will require 3 to 5minutes walk to asok Station. Beside asok Station is terminal 21, a pretty large shopping center for you to walk around.

been stayed here 4 times. the bad thing was lighting very spooky and particularly this time i got an end room that i couldn't sleep well, lots of random noises from aircon and from wood ceiling. wifi kept disconnecting and unusable.

It was a bad experience staying in that hotel. The Wi-Fi never worked well and with very weak signals. In addition, during my third day stay, there was a breakdown of the electric supply and no air conditioning and lights at all ( luckily the lifts still in service). I will not recommend any visitors for this hotel.

Good location, easy access to trains, airport, shopping malls. Midway between BTS Nana and Asok. Breakfast surprisingly good. Fair sound proof. Facilities need upgrade. Not recommended for family with kids or single female traveller.

It was great location. I could take MRT, BTS, Bus and others. It was great trip for me.
