Although it is the same every day, we can stay here for a week. Clean and tidy, with fresh flowers arranged every day. Every staff member has a smile on their face. The outdoor glass doors of rooms 1304 & 1303 cannot be locked. We hope they will be repaired soon.

There are 24-hour shops and a night market nearby, and it's one street away, so it's very quiet. The cats in the garden are also loved by everyone, and are served by very good staff.

Very satisfied with a choice. Breakfast in the garden is very nice. As soon as you enter the door, there is a scent of roses. There is also ice water and ice towels, which is very considerate. The location is very good and convenient for traveling

I really like the hotel, we stay here for the third time. Located in a quiet side street, close to all infrastructure: cafes, exchangers, massage, 7-11, night market, streets with entertainment. To the station of the blue line of the metro 5 minutes. Several options for breakfast + buffet, very tasty and varied. Two swimming pools in the hotel, one in the garden, the second on the roof. After a walk around the city, it is very handy to cool off in one of them. The staff is very friendly and tries to help guests in everything.

An absolute "hidden gem" of a hotel😊 Nestled just off the main high street in the busy Bangkok hub. So quiet. Beautiful large rooms with everything you could ask for👏👏 Excellent food and facilities with roof top pool to relax after a busy day. Also another pool set amongst the garden and garden restaurant 😋 All the staff go above and beyond 😊👏👏❤️ Look no further for your hotel as this is like paradise. Thank you to Richard and all his staff for making our visit so relaxing and memorable 😊👍

First time in this hotel & it will not be the last time. The staff is very friendly and helpfull in every way. When we asked to keep our room 1 more day, it was no problem and they arranged a taxi for us to the airport. The rooms are spatious and very clean. There’s also a swimming pool for when it’s to hot during the day so you can cool off. 😎 Breakfast is delicious. See you next time! PS: The hotel is very close to the MBK & Siam Paragon.

We stayed here for three nights and loved the hotel. The hotel is stylish and charming. The room and bathroom were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was served in the lush garden. The swimming pool area is on the small side, but it was never crowded and we enjoyed swimming and relaxing by the pool at the end of the day. The hotel is in a busy neighborhood, but because of it secluded location (not on the main road) it is very quiet and peaceful. The subway and skytrain are within walking distance; if you would rather take a cab the receptionists are more than willing to arrange one for you. In fact, everyone who works here was very friendly. Highly recommended. (I almost forgot to mention the great value for money; a hotel like this in Paris, London or NYC would be prohibitively expensive.)

Lovely residence, tucked away from Surawongse Road. We stayed 8 days here and enjoyed every day. Pool was great to come back to, after walking, shopping and the heat. The staff are amazing and nothing is too hard for them. We arrived about 9am & the beautiful receptionist got us a room to have a sleep in, until ours was ready. Reception girls were great, got us taxi's & Grab (Like Uber) Restaurant was delicious, best Thai food we have had. Breakfast every morning outside was lovely & the staff were always professional & happy. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you to all the amazing staff that made our stay wonderful.

This hotel is excellent in every way. The rooms are spacious & spotlessly clean. The breakfast is superb & the staff are faultless. The best value for money. I would fully recommend this hotel. The location is brilliant & the Thai locals friendly & helpful.

I cannot think of one misstep or issue with this hotel. Our stay was fantastic: the rooms and bedding were perfect; the breakfast was delicious; the pool area was an oasis; and the staff were just delightful. It is a hidden gem in a busy neighborhood that had great food, a night market, and was centrally located to the tourist sites. We had dinner one night in their restaurant and while more expensive than nearby restaurants was totally worth it - every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. I would go back again and highly recommend it! Much better than a generic Western hotel where you are just a room number, at Rose Residence we felt like family.

First time Thailand for me and my daughter, so where to begin in Bangkok? We booked the Rose Residence by ***********, the hotel itself is beyond good, as well as the staff. They are very gentle and helpful. The rooms are excellent, the food is tasty, the restaurant garden is like a small oase, and there are 2 swimming pools. Unfortunately the neighborhood was a bit disappointing: * Many seksclubs nearby; * No cozy restaurants; * There's no nearby pier to jump on the taxi boat. Positive facts about the neighborhood: * Burger King and Starbucks around the corner of the hotel; * 7 eleven nearby; * Big shoppingmalls; * Streetfood and small night market. So if this is your first time in Bangkok and you come to celebrate your holiday, my advice would be to stay in a district with a pier close to your stay. It will cost you less on taxi expenses (use Grab or Bolt btw).

Second time here and i love it. Small and intimate, you just feel like you belong. Staff all very helpful. Small touches much appreciated. Just knowing how you like your coffee and when you would like another is great. Everyone's a vip. Other reviews have mentioned everything, i'm just adding my voice. Leave the big hotels alone and settle somewhere quiet and comfortable.

Nice place for a family or couple to stay. Staff: Great hospitality and helpful. Food: Excellent chef. Location: quiet and peaceful although the entrance is a bit …. Overall: 5 Star This was my first time in Bangkok with family. Thanks to the staff for their hospitality. Will see you again.
