Terrible experience, it felt like I’m staying in a motel without category, hotel is old and smelly, everything in the room is old. Shower is very old too. Check in and check out procedures will take ages, will wait in the line as at the airport and then very slow registration process, although staff is very polite and nice. Lobby looks grandiose but in reality all looks very old. Windows in the room were incredibly dirty and the room view unpleasant. The only surprisingly positive moment is breakfast, despite bad coffee the choice of options is incredible, looks like lunch buffet and the food is tasty. Before checkout at 12 pm at 11:35 I had 2 calls within 3 minutes from reception with information that I need to check out, I said I know that at 12, they said it’s just a reminder, never had this before, weird. Located within 5 min walk to Nana BTS. Overall, I’ll never stay here again even if the price is cheap.

You can take the Skytrain and ferry to icomsiam to check it out. There’s nothing to buy, it’s just an experience! By the way, the noodles at 7-11 are amazing. It costs 6 yuan. It’s delicious. Get up early and buy it. If it’s too late, it’ll be gone.

This is the worst hotel they should call me and inform me about extend but they dont i went back the hotel around 1am they move out all my luggage and my stuff and told me hotel full left me no where and stay at middle of the night. If thats the case why should i lft me contact to the hotel?????????? If forgot to extend please remind me not remove my stuffed!!!!!!!!!!!

Back again for the 3rd time and we are pleasantly surprised that the front desk staff, Bihm, recognised us and warmly welcomed us, offering us a free room upgrade. We enjoyed the location where it’s near to Sam Yan MRT and Sam Yan Mitrtown. We like that the hotel lobby is very spacious as well, which allowed us to wait in the comfort and have our complimentary iced jasmine tea when waiting for our transportation. The concierge staff is friendly and helpful, making small talk with us when they’re less busy. Would definitely return again for its value for money!

Had a night stay at this hotel located right beside Ratchadewi BTS station. There were ongoing construction works at the lobby area of the hotel but it did not affect the night's sleep. Walking into the hotel, the lobby though dimly lit, it felt grand due to the large hanging chandelier right in the middle. Room was quite spacious for the price paid. Mine was facing inwards to the swimming pool. Bed was comfortable. Shower is shared above the bath tub. Toilet located right beside the bath tub. No toothbrush provided. Shower gel and shampoo provided. There was even a bottle opener fixed to the wall of the toilet. Quite interesting. We did not use the tv as we were out mostly. It was an enjoyable short stay in a good location.

Take Chiang Mai to Bangkok to Red Velvet to Bangsue Station. The hotel is located near Bangsue Railway Station. You can walk to the hotel in 10 minutes from Gate 1. You can transfer to MRT there or take the Red Express Line directly to Don Muang Airport or take the train to other places. There is a bus station in 5 minutes' walk. It is a 12-15 minute walk from DDmal, where there is also MRT Kamphaeng Phet Station. Exit 3 is Or Tor Kor Market and 7-11, which have a lot of food and fruits. Next to it is Chatuchak Weekend Market. If you want to city walk, you can also go to JJmail and Mixt Chatuchak to go shopping and buy souvenirs. There are three parks there, Chatuchak Park, Queen Sirikit Park, etc., or walk to BTS Saphan Khwai There is a big bigc supermarket over there, and there is also a money exchange business over there. You have to take off your shoes when you enter the hotel. The front desk lady who helped with the check-in was from Myanmar and was very enthusiastic and cute. You need to pay a deposit of 500 baht to get the room card, and you can get a bath towel. She will take it to the room and introduce the corresponding facilities and equipment. The indoor floor is very clean. There are only two floors in total. The girls' room on the first floor is very quiet. Except for someone snoring, remember to bring earplugs. The air conditioning is sufficient, the bedding is great and the cushion is super comfortable. I slept very well for three nights. Someone will check in at midnight, and the boy on duty will take him into the room. Please pay attention. There are toilets for girls and men and women, and showers for girls and men and women. Girls should try to use the girls'. I went to mix them and smelled smoke, but the hotel had put a no-smoking notice in the toilet the next day. If you wash clothes, there is a very small area at the end of the second floor with three coin-operated washing machines and two racks for drying. There are relatively few services for washing and drying. Overall, it is a hotel that is not highly recommended but worth going to. After walking through the location, you will find that it is really great~

Hotel is in the prime location but as per the photos in the app while booking it was not like same. This is first time when a hotel charge for luggage handling when you checkout and go for 3 to 4 hours outside before taking the flight. Beds are making sound while you take a side also.

Arrived late that day around 11:30PM, have to wait for 30 minutes for the shuttle. The attendant is helpful when we a rrived he helped me to carry 2 of out bags. and i do the rest of our 6 bags. The first night, the bidet hose bursed, they fixed it 9:00 the next morning. when we checked out an attendant saw me carrying our bags to bring out of the hotel, he wont bother helping me to bring our luggage downstair he just pretend he did not saw me, i have to carry all our 8 luggage. a little help would be wonderful. upon checked out they charge me 70 bath for 500ML of water. I will stay again if emergency because of the location. but if hoping for the service you deserved? Just find somewhere else. Buffet breakfast was good and more selection.

Its good to get this hotel if you want get the nearest hotel in the airport and cheapest price .Nice service,friendly and they will assist you if you want to go out somewhere and have atm machine nearest and they have a pool open 9am to 9pm and should be wear the swim wear and the restaurant beside next on the pool also the bar area.

First and foremost it should be stipulated up front you need a CASH deposit (1000 baht). Very clean and modern hotel room. Overall good value for the price considering it has a microwave and a full fridge/freezer. No utensils, though. 2 bottles of water and coffee packets provided The bathroom is a bit small but just right for one person with enough space to manuever from the toilet, shower,and sink. Soap provided Surprisingly there is no safe in the unit. The bed is a typical Thai hard bed. There is an attempt to make it softer by using a mattress topper but it is still stiff. Shower is decent. 7 Eleven is a 3 minute walk away. Very inaccurate that there is an ”airport shuttle”. What they offer is to drop you off at a Sky Train Station. You still need to walk to Departure area. The sign in the lobby says the airport shuttle is 800BAHT one way which is absolutely ridiculous! Although the airport is 3km away, it took 18 minutes and cost 148 baht on GRAB to be dropped off right in the departure lane. Recommend downloading the GRAB app and don't bother with the hotel shuttle service I found the front desk staff and security to be hospitable and had no concerns with the service.
