If you traveling solo or family then I don't recommend this place. Bathrooms is not hygienic at all. Room is dusty. food is good , view from restaurant is also good but restaurant staff is not professional they will stare at you while eating food. View from room is good. Room amenities not provided. And charges are high too. Nearby to war memorial and cricket stadium. Hotel staff help to arrange cabs . But I will recommend search other

Worst hotel management and staff. Motor not working and water supplied in bucket. Poor room cleaning and will not recommend food at this hotel.

I like food. But when i went for check in i have been told that rooms are full and you will be shifted to their own property. I searched and find that property rate 50% percent than this property. I argued will you refund that amount, they denied. I was about to complaint mm t. They offered me room at booked hotel. They told they kept that room for their senior. Such incident should not happen.

i stayed for 4 nights at the presidency . for the cost i booked it in its a very good hotel . i had a pleasant experience . the service was good, it is close to the airport and the location of the hotel is good . i would reccommend booking directly from the hotel website .

Stayed in this hotel on two occasions in matter of 3 weeks... Room was spacious and comfortable..No issues... Restaurant is very average ..Breakfast was okay, but service was pretty slow as they have only one server only.. Staff - need to be trained better to be more courteaous to customers...be it reception, housekeeping or restaurant.. Over-all i may stay in future if staying alone ..but with family, may look at other options ..
