Fast Service ..... Comfortable Rooms .....

The deposit has been cashed and locked for 7 working days after the check out , sending email to the bank ! unceptable! Considering all the guests how much money with this system are they getting in interests from the bank every year ? This is not common practice and probably not legal !

Well maintained property, peaceful environment.

Great if playing golf, attending an event or staying close to the airport, otherwise is a bit isolated unless you have a car/taxi at hand.

Perfect for a layover. Close to airport and the hotel arranged a free shuttle from and to airport. Excellent service and professional. The rooms are bit outdated but in good quality. A large variety of food for breakfast. I have ordered room service, and tried between Thai dish (was very tasty) and a burger (beef patty was really dry - won’t order in the future).

Nice to be relax and walking around, excellent service, friendly front desk. We were upgraded after check. Convenient shuttle bus as well.

I relaxed for 2nighrs and enjoyed Italian resto food.

The room is spacious and comfortable with a wide view. The service is considerate and thoughtful, making you feel at home.

First of all, the hotel's service deserves a five-star rating. Whether it's the airport pick-up arrangement, or the front desk check-in, or the hotel breakfast, every service staff is very nice. But this room can only be described as soso. First of all, the quilt feels damp. The room also has a slight smell. If you are like us and want to leave the airport for a more convenient night, the hotel is still okay. I also don't understand why the kids club is basically closed in the morning.
