Wir hatten für 4 Nächte im Hotel Graupner in Bamberg gebucht. Nach 2 Nächten sind wir aufgrund der miserablen Zustände vorzeitig abgereist. Bewertung: Positiv: -günstige Lage zur Altstadt. -freundliches Servicepersonal beim Frühstück Negativ: -Ausstattung des Hotels bzw. des Zimmers entspricht nicht dem Internetauftritt -Hotel ist abgewohnt -Inventar alt und abgenutzt -Zimmer massiv verdreckt (siehe Fotos) -Preis/Leistung steht in keinem Verhältnis (Nähe zum Betrug) Nach Beschwerde beim Inhaber zwar Nachreinigung des Zimmers aber keinerlei Einsicht bzw. Entgegenkommen. Frühstück kann erst ab 9:30 Uhr eingenommen werden, das erfährt man aber erst bei Anreise. Fazit: Bamberg jederzeit wieder, Hotel Graupner NIE WIEDER!!!

Wir, 3 Freundinnen, hatten ein Apartment mit 2 Schlafräumen, 2 Bädern und einer Wohnküche gebucht. Als die erste von uns ankam, musste sie leider feststellen dass es überhaupt kein Zimmer für uns gab. Der gute Herr Graupner sagte nur: "keine Ahnung warum aber das Zimmer ist irgendwie, aus welchem Grund auch immer, storniert und jetzt ist nichts mehr frei". Wo sollte wir denn hin? Die Antwort "vielleicht nach Forchheim, dort ist es auch schön" oder nach Hause. Wir haben aber ein WE in Bamberg gebucht,sind mit dem Zug aus 3 verschiedenen Städten angereist. Dann wollte er uns ein Zimmer für eine Nacht anbieten, klein mit einem Zustellbett. Haben wir dankend abgelehnt, weil wir 155, 00€ zahlen sollten. Eine Frechheit. 😭 Dieses Hotel sollte geschlossen werden, so geht man mit seinen Gästen nicht um. Zum Glück fanden wir dann eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in einem 4 Sterne Hotel, was eigentlich teuer war aber es hat sich gelohnt. Herr Graupner ist uns nicht mal mit einem Gutschein aus seinem eigenen Kaffee entgegen gekommen. 😔 Eine Frechheit ☝️

Ohne Zweifel ideal für Besuch der Bamberger Altstadt. Hauptsächlich ist das ein sehr schönes Café, das Hotel läuft nebenbei. Dies wirkt sich negativ auf die Frühstückszeit (9-10) aus. Keine Parkplätze. Wir waren mit Rädern da und konnten diese nur auf einer Dachterrasse im 1. Stock unterstellen. Umständliches Hochtragen über enge Treppe. Die Zimmer sind teils auf Alt getrimmt- was ganz gut ausschaut, teilweise aber schon deutliche Abnutzungsspuren. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Preis angemessen.

Vor einem Monat haben wir in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Das Zimmer war sehr schmutzig und wir mussten uns erst beschweren, damit es ordentlich gesäubert wurde. Statt einem Buffet wird ein Teller mit Wurst, Käse, Marmelade und Aufbackbrötchen aus der Tüte, die den Teller nur so vollkrümelten serviert. Kein Parkplatz am Haus. Man kann nur kurz halten, um seinen Koffer aus dem Auto zu nehmen, ansonsten bekommt man sofort ein Ticket.
