This place was horrible and we did not stay. There was a dead cock roach 🪳 where the food was to be served, the bathroom door was broken and the toilet seat did not fit, the air conditioner did not work ( it was 90’ outside), and there was no ice machine. We were advised to go across the street to buy ice 😳😩. The room smelled bad and we did not stay. Also there was a big hole in the wall beside the bed. This place was terrible.

The property is generally run down. The elevators are in poor condition esthetically and there is a bad odor in them. In the room the toilet wasn't secured to the floor, the caulk in the shower was pulling a way from the tile, the tub was very slow draining, the bath towels were stained, there was a complimentary bottle of hair conditioner, body lotion, no shampoo, no cups in the room, and only one trash can in the bathroom. There was no breakfast , restaurant or bar as advertised. There were always people congregating around the main entrance smoking. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. After going back and reading the rest of the reviews for this property I shouldn't have expected anything different then what I experienced. I will not being staying at this hotel in the future and I will recommend to my incoming clients not to stay at this property.

This was far and away the worst hotel in which I’ve ever stayed. The front desk host was polite but our room had no lock, no towels, and the light for the bathroom did not work. The toilets and showers were dirty and when we asked for towels and sheets for the pull out bed we were given the key for another room and told to take the sheets off the bed in there and get towels from that room. The toilet in that room still had urine in it. The hotel is supposed to be smoke free but it reeked of cigarettes. I don’t know how there are any good reviews for this hotel and if you are reading them they must be from the franchise owner or people paid to write them because this place is awful on every front. Everyone in the lobby was there to ask for something in their room to be fixed.

THIS IS LONG BUT A MUST READ Date: April 4th to April 5th Clarion Hotel & Suites BWI Airport North (MD410) Note: We had originally used this hotel for the “Park & Fly” capability (April 5 – April 8) but later reserved a room when the bridge collapse happened in Baltimore Harbor. We checked in around 7:45 pm on Thursday April 4, 2024. I had reserved a King room (see attached confirmation) and we were given room 115 which was on the first floor and near the entry. When my wife went into the room she immediately came back out and asked me what I reserved. I told her I reserved a King room. She looked at me and stated that it was a Double room. I then went to see and sure enough it was a Double bed and not sufficient for us. The desk clerk then gave us the keys to a “King room” on the 5th floor. When we got to the room on the 5th floor the TV didn’t have a signal. She contacted the front desk to have maintenance come to the room to see what the issue was. She was informed that maintenance had gone for the day and would be back tomorrow. She stated were leaving in the morning and then the clerk said she should come down for a key to another room. My wife then went down to the front desk to get the key and was given 2 keys on the 6th floor. I stayed on the 5th floor until I heard from her. She called to say the clerk to let me know which room she chose. She stated the first room smelled of smoke (this is a no smoking hotel) the 2nd room appeared to be Ok. I then took all of our belonging from the 5th floor to the room on the 6th floor. My wife then had to return the unused key to the front desk. Another trip to the front desk. After all that, we settled in and got to sleep between 11:00 to 11:30 pm. At 11:50 pm the fire alarm for the whole building went off. Not sure of what was going on, we looked in the hallway and it appeared everyone else on the floor was as confused as we were. There was not any type of communication from the hotel staff or even calls to the guest rooms as to the protocol. We even went to the front desk area and at no time did anyone inform us as to what to do. The fire company did arrive and search the building finding nothing to our knowledge. The fire alarm eventually went off at 1:30 am, over 1-1/2 hours later. By that time our ears were literally ringing. Again, at no time was there communication from the staff as to what the issue was and no communication that we could return to our rooms. We literally returned on our own. We finally got to sleep the 2nd time between 2:00 – 2:30 am only to be awoken by our own alarms at 4:00 am to prepare for departure to the airport. We were gravely displeased with the safety protocol of this hotel and the lack SOP for emergencies. As far as we know the manager never arrived at the hotel during the situation, there was only one employee present, the overnight desk clerk. When it came time to go to the lobby to check out we found that the elevators were

The hotel pictures fool you in thinking it’s a modernized and cleanly hotel, but once you enter the hotel rooms you’ll see it’s false. Our first hotel room (on the first floor) had a cockroach running in the bathroom, several stains on the floors, walls, toilet, shower. We had 2 sheets on the bed, no blanket available. We told the front desk about the cockroach, which they apologized for and offered us another room which they allowed me to inspect. It had a smashed bug on the wall behind the door, so we were given another room, which thankfully had no bugs (that we saw) but had smashed cucumber throughout the room on the floors, mirror, and bathroom. Elevators made odd noises and made me opt to use stairs. Decent price, you get what you pay for. Pictures are deceiving and we will not stay here again.

Had just made a 7 hour car ride, checked in after midnight. Tv in room didn’t work, was missing a power cord. Grant it, it was after midnight & front desk was unable to find another power cord & maintenance would not be in until morning. Ok so no tv. Get up to take a shower & no hot water. Sink didn’t get hot either. No showers & still no tv. Got up at 730am. Well at least I’ll go get the free breakfast. Ask front desk & was told where to go for the breakfast. You go outside, walk through the parking lot to another building, I guess restaurant. And by the way, it is lightly raining out. There are a few people in this “restaurant” & I hear a lady ask a gentleman for his blue slip for this breakfast. What blue slip, I didn’t get one. So have to walk back through the parking lot to the front desk for a blue slip. Also, while getting said blue slip I remind them we have no tv. Maintenance man should be in soon today. Go back through the parking lot with my blue slip for the free breakfast & get to the area & there were 2 individual size boxes of cereal & has individual bottles of milk with NO bowls. I asked lady that I’m assuming monitors this free breakfast area & blue slips. Was I missing the bowls, she shook her head no & then I asked how were you to eat cereal & she shrugged her shoulders. I put the cereal box back with the one remaining & decided against an apple or banana. Passed on bagels individually in plastic baggies, no toaster or cream cheese.

The stay was okay for the night we needed it for. The room was clean and comfortable the halls and elevators could use a good sweeping and mopping. The location was ok not too far from downtown Baltimore I will give it a 7out of 10.

The hotel is huge and newly renovated. The up keep could be better. A big plus is, there are fast food restaurants near by.

The hotel was as described, check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The "free breakfast" was at the restaurant connected to the hotel, but we had to walk out in the snow and around to get to it. It was a small table with muffins, apples and dry cereal. More options would have been nice.

Hotel had no blankets only 2 sheets on the bed. The safety lock on my door was broken so I didn't sleep well all night being alone. Noises in the hallway all night made me even more uncomfortable.

Our room was quite dirty hair on the bathroom floor- duvet inners with no covers, spent 3 nights there and no room service, no cleaning , no restocking of toiletries. Tv was not working first night we had to request that it be fixed only to discover the remote was not working and there was no hdmi cable. The staff were really nice but the general upkeep wasn’t, across the hall was another guest complaining so much about the cleaning services as well so I’m guessing there is lack of service we’re cleanliness is concerned
