I liked this hotel because it was very close to the Inner Harbor and in a safe location. I also really liked the cleanliness and friendly service of the daily cleaning.

The hotel is relatively old, the sofa bed has sunk badly, and there are some problems with the bathroom faucet. The room is large, has a kitchen, and the location is great!

The hotel is in a strategic and safe location, close to Baltimore's Inner Harbor. The scenery is beautiful. There are high-end business buildings and historical attractions nearby. It is especially beautiful to walk around at night. A typical American breakfast with not many varieties. Eggs, bread and fruits are definitely filling. The waiter's attitude is particularly good. Enjoy a free dinner every Wednesday night with a rare green salad, which is a bonus. There is free coffee and hot water in the lobby 24 hours a day, you can use it as needed. Room service did not provide face towels one day. After communication with Ctrip customer service, there was great improvement in the following days. One night, the toilet suddenly became clogged, but the floor service staff and maintenance staff came to clear it in time, so there was no impact on the residence. Overall, recommended to stay.

In the most upscale area of ​​Baltimore, there is a large Starbucks downstairs. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hygiene seems to be OK, but there is almost no service. One of the only two elevators often cannot accept credit cards. A lot of time was wasted while waiting in the building. The breakfast was basic (nothing to complain about, because breakfast was not provided at the other three stops of this trip to the United States). It was very close to my son's apartment and not far from his school. The location Excellent, you can walk to the inner harbor and there are many restaurant options nearby.

Great experience. Got thier a bit too early for check in, but hotel was able to Vallet our bags, as we started to explore Baltimore. The hotel was in very good condition. No messed up base boards or damages in the rooms. Attention to detail was a 10 for our experience. The front desk did mention they have had some guest damage some in room amenities from the prior week in other rooms. But ours was great. The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. Ive been told by people who live in Baltimore about some of the not so safe places. So I had a bit of concern. But the Homewood Suites area was top notch. Right in the middle of Fells Point, and Downtown, and off the Harbor. Lots to do, with lots of safe spaces to explore. We venture over alot of the Downtown area from Memorial Park to CGF Bank Arena and Fells Point, and not once did I feel unsafe. When we come back to Baltimore Homewood Suites will be my first option of hotels. It was also the cheapest of the hotles I was personally looking at staying.

I requested an early check in which they couldnt accommodate so I explored the surrounding area for a couple hours and came back 30 mins after official check in time and was still told my room wasnt ready. We were traveling with 2 small toddlers so that was super disappointing. The location of the hotel was great and within walking distance to attractions but the rooms were basic and could use some updating. Overall hotel is just ok. For the price I would expect a little nicer.

Coordination with ******* was poor. Reservation was not available when we arrived, although some compensaton was provided for inconvenience. Also, bigger room was provided. Room seemed clean, but furniture was old and had scuff marks.

Great, reliable suite. Perfect for an extended business trip so I had space to spread out and set up a workspace for a few calls. An older hotel (some peeling wallpaper, etc.) but nothing terrible and the kitchenette features were all great. The Inner Harbor can be loud, but it's also a terrific location so it felt like a fair trade-off. Would definitely stay again for business or as a family!

This hotel is in a great location. However it needs a renovation. My room had peeling wall paper, a major leak under the kitchen sink, the furniture was tattered & stained, the metal door frames had rust, the kitchen cabinets had visible water damage & it smells musty. Won’t stay again.

It was our 5th time at homewood, excellent service, vary friendly staff. They had the crib ready for my baby.
