Vije Boutique Resort & Spa Reviews

This is my second stay at Vije and it was still as great as I've remembered. The staff were all friendly and ready to help, and communications over their business Whatsapp was easy and fuss free. We've also booked massage at their spa and while it was pretty pricey, the overall experience was great. We love that the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are huge. Soaking in the bathtub was especially relaxing. There was also shuttle services from the hotel to Ubud Palace (city centre) at regular intervals which we are thankful for.

Great service, and the room is nice too. Pool view is awesome. There are lomited beach chairs but the pool is not crowded. Only complaint is the hallway noise when people walking amd talking loud, but it is very rare.

Room condition highly above our expectation. Nice and hospitality service.

Very good experience at the resort. Staff were very friendly and the whole experience in general was flawless. Could not have asked for more. Very impressed and will definitely recommend to others.

Everything was great! Beautiful swimming pool, great room and bathroom, delicious breakfast. Ubud center in 5km.

This was a great place to stay as it is outside central Ubud, which has now become jammed with traffic and is quite unpleasant (but there is a free shuttle there and back). Rooms are big, stylish and well appointed. The garden and pool areas are beautiful. Staff are great! Breakfast is very nice, but 3 choices, with fruit, juice and hot drinks. The pool area is a bit abandoned as no staff are stationed there, but lovely and you can Whatsapp the front desk to bring you drinks. However, not once did I see anyone eating or drinking at the poolside resto and bar - pity (hence 4 out or 5)!! The surrounding area is green and pleasant, like Ubud all used to be. Highly recommended

Amazing hotel away from traffic jams and hustle and bustle! Spacious, beautiful, clean rooms! Amazing staff! It is obvious that the hotel and its guests are cared for with great warmth and care! Definitely recommend for a visit!

Very nice stylish hotel. Stayed here for two nights to get away from the traffic. The bed is just luxurious, big and so cozy, I just slept wonderfully. It's a long walk to the center, but the hotel provides a free shuttle during the day, it's convenient. Breakfast is a la carte - you need to choose American or Indonesian breakfast. The pool area is clean, well-kept. The staff is very nice, I don't want to find fault with anything! It was a wonderful two days, thanks to Vije for them🥰

It's a hotel I like very much. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The green environment of the hotel is super beautiful. It can be seen that they take care of it with care. For breakfast, you can choose local or Western style or smoothe bowl cereal and fruit, which can be delivered directly to the room. Although it is a little far from the city center, they have a free shuttle that leaves every hour. Recommended for those who like a quiet accommodation~

The attitude is very average. I don't know where the arrogance comes from. This is the worst hotel in Bali. I really wish I hadn't booked it. I booked another hotel in Ubud for less than half the price, but the service experience was more than three times better. Do a good job of internal training, open the door to business, and have a correct attitude, pls.

Overall good, clean swimming pool, very good room, had a few problems while staying.

Very delicate hotel, well maintained, restaurant products are also online, dirty duck meal is the most appetizing I have eaten several times.

A cozy hotel close to the city center. Peaceful and green surroundings. The hotel opened in 2019 and could definitely use some renovation or refreshing. The pool villa had signs of mold on the walls from the dampness. Yellow bed mosquito net with a lot of dead insects on the top. The mosquito net in the bed by the pool was not ironed (a small detail and the view would be completely different). There are also problems with hot water. The water in the tub ran out 3 times. Monotonous breakfast without a buffet. 3 types to choose from and nothing else. Overall rating 6.5/10
