The villa looks great in pictures..but there are shortfalls..on arrival there were issues with the electric tripping. Second day in..no electric..! No CCTV and with 4 children on holiday this is a must along with electric lighting....to cut a very long story short 2am a taxi driver agreed to return to our villa to identify what the issue may be..we were informed that there was no money in the metre !!!....spending time in such a luxurious looking villa it's not expected in my experience I travelled with the taxi driver with the metre reference to place money in the metre until we got to speak to the manager the following day..!

Stayed with family, villa was clean, spacious, tvs in all bedrooms, kitchen was well equipped, the pool was great and the kids had a ball. We had an issue with one of the 8 air conditioners but it was attended to straight away!!! Staff were great and organised our massages in the spa room. We used go jek to get around, very cheap like $2 to get to the beach 🏝️. As frequent visitors to Bali we have stayed at many places, this villa is one we will return to!!! Thank you to all the staff 😊
