Pecatu Ubud Guest House

Couple trip and 2 night stay. Convenient to the center but you definitely need transport, it's too uncomfortable on foot. Upon arrival the location leaves you perplexed, as soon as you enter to access the rooms everything changes. There is a stream with colorful fish which is fantastic, the room aesthetically has a scenographic impact with that bright glass entrance and the bed which has the possibility of pulling the curtains. The bathroom and the rest of the room are simple and functional, there is also a kitchenette and a very convenient external drying rack but unfortunately when you hang out practically nothing dries!!! The room overall is livable, the presence of insects is less than we expected, the only "misfortune" was that we found the mattress cover dirty but the lady took steps to replace it immediately despite the late night. The soap is all diluted with water and the towels are left the same if you don't ask for a change. The rooftop pool is a wow effect you don't expect!! There is the possibility of requesting private car transport or scooter rental. Unfortunately it wasn't a pleasant experience with the motorbike, he delivered the motorbike to us without petrol and the helmets present were dirty and not working, he wanted us to use those for one evening and then the next day when the other motorbikes would return he would have them there. change, ABSURD. Luckily two of them turned out to be dirty but fastening. The next day we changed them they were just newer, working and dirtier. Due to our needs we were not able to take advantage of the breakfast service included but for the last day since we would be leaving at dawn we had asked if she could prepare something for us, the lady told us she would but in the morning she told us she was unable to. We were hoping for a better experience, the lady was very venal, first the motorbike without petrol which we returned with a full tank, then the breakfast which she didn't have, we also took advantage of the car transport service to go to the port (the son was kind and punctual, comfortable and recent car) and in the end not even a rupee discount or special treat! If we return to Ubud we will definitely change.
