Super convenient location and efficient place for transit.

Really nice option for those ones who’s flight arrive late in the night and especially in high season (like NY holidays), there is a shower area also so really good for short transit

Fine stay for a long layover. Better to get a few hours sleep then suffer the next few days in my opinion.

There wasnt a socket or usb-c, just a usb-a for charging. lights were flickering abit. All else was good. towel + dental kit was provided, toilets were clean.

Standard capsule fair. Individual pod was peaceful enough. Good location if you are looking to get some sleep before a flight. Also have a front desk area to plug your laptop in and do some computer work as well. Beds were quite squeaky and I asked to be moved to other but the second had the same issue. By the sound of other guest, it also seemed like they had similar issues.

It's nice to stay when you are traveling in the middle of the night.

It's located inside the airport, so it's convenient for those who have an early flight the next day. The bed was just like a typical capsule hotel. It's clean, so I recommend it for people who want to travel efficiently and safely. Basic amenities include a toothbrush and towel, but you are provided with a room and locker. Showers are shared (and there is plenty of hot water). They will lend you a hairdryer if you ask. I thought the staff were very polite.

To take a taxi, you must go outside the airport and use the app. Black taxis inside the airport are extremely expensive. Service: The front desk service attitude and professionalism are very good, but there are no additional services available.

Too crowded to sleep. There is no soundproofing measures. It is not recommended to move in. It can only be used as luggage storage.
